  1. Hi I just started getting an error and the Utility wont boot up now, if I click continue it works but it loses the saved game & game paths everytime on start up. Any ideas ??
  2. Quite happy to wait for this to cook a little longer, thanks for the gift of the miles for the delay, used to purchase the Mirage, a great gesture from ED for eveyone who pre purchased. TBH id be happy with the new weather content teased in the Dec update
  3. Its a shame its back, it was fixed but now its bad a gain like when they were first released, pretty bad in VR again

SharpeXB This is a s a Wishlist thread if im not mistaken not a debate about VR, your adding nothing to this conversation so maybe you should just keep your comments about this to yourself, if it was implemented you would have no reason to use it so it would not affect you and you would ignore this option. It affects me, I have no issues with VR scale in other sims just some modules in DCS and I would like a simple solution to fix that issue for me and maybe lots of other users, your really just wasting our time by adding nothing of value here.
  5. 2 pics in this post watching a friend in the Mirage. 2x SA10 units fired on him with 2 missiles, watching in VR the missile smoke is so large it looks like a dome of smoke, 2nd pic is zoomed in and the smoke trails become individual units. Only noticed this in the last update, the previous update this bug was on the manpads.

  7. You obviously have no idea how VR works, we have no option to adjust our scale settings out side of DCS that I know off. Whilst it would be great to get devs to adjust the size of the existing modules to be the correct size, that in it self would be an enormous amount of work I would have thought, the existing IPD scale works and would be well suited to adding to each module individually, and would be a lot easier to code in as it all ready exsists and would be a quick and simple solution to the issue.

Hi I have been using this app for years and really never delved too much it to the functions except launching the game, can this program be set to automatically launch some apps I have ticked, I would like to launch Voice Attack and Simshaker when I click VR On, both are ticked as external apps on the Apps Settings tab. In the special tab the IPD scale sets the size of the cockpit for the planes and also maybe the world scale, this option needs to be available for every aircraft I believe, I base the scale for each plane in VR based on the modules joystick size and my Warthog, I have observed the following for my settings. F18 60 IPD F16 63.5 IPD Gazelle 60 IPD KA50 Blackshark IPD 67 And so on it goes, whilst this does not seem a large amount trying to keep a medium number like say 62 still results in some cockpits looking way oversize like the K50 for example, having a separate IPD adjustment for each plane on the ideal place for this would be the Special tab where settings for each plane is listed.   10. Im getting the same issues on collective and throttle assigned to my Warthog, no issue on any other helo.
  11. For MP its a must, no good being only able to fly from the rear seat im MP as it will take the fun away from the bird, I have the Hind 24 and really dont bother with it in MP due to not being able to jump in the front seat.

Even a 3090 in DCS VR still needs plenty of tweaking to get a decent performance online in a PVE mission, believe me I have spent hours doing just that, after a few shader mods its running OK, except for the Marianas map which runs quite bad with my same settings I use for The Channel map which is a heavy GPU use map.

  14. Thats what happens in the other sim, you have it on or off with a tick box, your choice and also the server host choice, it should be implemented into DCS
  15. Opps ignore I see this has been reported but not actioned. There is a land bug in the Syria map at this spot in the 2 pics the coordinates are in the screen shot and a pic of the land bug

  17. Hi f4I0 Trying the 2.2.4.0 beta that includes the Hind, when i fly it I get no affects and this error pops up, I can then pick another plane or helo and the affects come back on fine, only happening on the hind.
  18. Its working again, I unplugged my Buttkicker 2 so just the Jetseat is active and it started working again, no idea if this was the issue but its working so I'm happy again. When this error occurred though was just on boot up of DCS with Simshaker softwear all ready started, I can also tell you I had the same issue on stable which I reverted back too.

Sorry Nineline, that's all it gave me when I hit save, but there was only really about 1 min left of flight that consisted of me slowly getting it to the ground controlling it the sames as you can see from the track untill I skided to a halt in the field and then she went on fire. It wasn't had to control either.
  20. I was flying a instant action single player mission and my Spitfire lost the complete R side wing, I was still able to semi control for flat crash landing, track included. Hope it helps spit.trk

My Simshaker for Aviators has stopped working in DCS (beta version 2.2.4.0) I have tried a reinstall and still its not working, I have also tried the none beta and its the same it doesnt work in DCS I have a green light on the Seat Handler and when i test the vibe motors they work fine. Anyone able to help me trouble shoot this as I have no idea where to start, it used to work every time.   22. I see no difference in the map, looks the same to me texture wise, what did they update, comparison pics would be nice so we can see the changes.
  23. My list would be Trains don't work in MP on any WW2 map, and I haven't seen trains on the Normandy map in single player yet either. Historically accurate fused bombs for planes that had them. Bad AI, example on a single mission bombing some factory escort the A20s I shot down 2 of the FW190 and then was shot down, I watched the last FW190 fly towards the A20s and my wingman fly back towards the A20s with at least 100m separation from the FW190 and neither engaged each other, I have seen this happen in many other SP missions. BF109 cockpit reflections in VR are very bad Spitfire default VR head position is bad (too high) Bad frame rates when carpet bombing (brings a i9 10850K and 3090 to single digits in VR) There is obviously more looking through Discord but as I have given up on DCS WW2 for the time being due to it not being any fun to fly I cant comment on them.
