  1. Norwegian's 737's are grounded. Maybe thats why? Edit: 737 MAX 8 is now grounded in Europe. Boeing still has full confidence in their A/C. :D It's a disaster!
  2. Seems that you loose airspeed faster now than when it was released. Dunno if that is just placebo though.
  3. They do indeed.
  4. The only good option is to be WVR and use HMS. Well, maybe that's just as bad as the other options. :D
  5. Might be a hardware issue or a lag/freeze of some sort in the game. Try binding the weapon trigger to another button to see if the problem persists. I had an old cougar controller that had a spikey button, but apart from that, I never had this happen, unless I accidently pulled the trigger more than once.
  6. Please check for double bindings in the controls.
  7. I'm pretty sure it already works like that. Though, I dunno how much damage a unit has to suffer before it will shut down. BDA enabled can help determine that.
  8. FFB enabled in options? If so, try to disable.
  9. I simple centering command would do the trick for me.
  10. You might be right. It was pulled from my faulty memory and out of context. Just remember that part from a startup video, but might not exactly remember why it was done.
  11. And here I thought actors were dramaqueens, but they do not even compare to some people here... @Nineline, Just PM if you need a break and you can come touring with me. :D
  12. ...for the MiG-21, not for FC3. There are old threads floating around about this subject. The F-15 buffet shake is probably a bit too much right now, but it's useful because it tells you something about your AoA. The really annoying thing is the 'headbob' with lateral input. It just tells you that your virtual pilot needs to spend more time in the gym to excercise his neckmuscles.
  13. AFAIK it's 13° AoA for the shortest run. If I'm not mistaken, 13° is also marked on the AoA indicator. Do not exceed 15°. If you are still talking about the Viper, that is.
  14. It will make more sense when the remaining radar modes and various systems have been implemented. Both commands are used for a number of different things in both AA and AG.
  15. The only missiles i've seen picked up on radar are russian ARM's and cruise missiles. The 120 can engage AA missiles if you maddog it, but thats a different story.
  16. Do you cycle the bleed air knob before takeoff? If not, that might be the cause. AFAIK, after both engines has started you should cycle the bleed air knob through 360°.
  17. Maybe F-15 D/L is the eagerly awaited feature...?
  18. Might be your rudders. try to put a deadzone on your rudders to see if that helps. But it probably input from a controller that prevents it from engaging.
  19. You were probably in one of the dogfight modes.
  20. Linear is only realistic if you have a FFB stick, if that's not the case then neither are very realistic, but nonlinear will give you better control.
  21. As a sidenote, You should always fire a missile, regardles. If the bandit has nothing his way, he can just continue pressing on you.
