  1. Yes, I know. Of course I'm not asking for a 12K:1, just a reasonable one for helicopters. Plus that work will benefit all DCS modules with a moving map. Thanks BN
  2. Please Bignewy, the need of a rework of the map charts is a must. Not to asociate bigger scales to zoom on TSD, but having a proper scale map. If im not wrong the maps should be free There are places in DCS that are just black when you go to a smaller scale. This happens on every map and its affecting all modules with moving maps. The most recent ones the Hind and the Apache, were you need to go to a smaller scale than fixedwings I latetly have to tell newcomers to helicopters that asked about "why my map just went black", that is because there are no charts on the maps Please please you have the oportunity to fix this
  3. Like the title says, you cannot change the settings in the kneeboard of the flares on the Apache if its moving. If the ship is still at 0knts, you can. This leaves the player without the chance to adjust the Flare program I attached both tracks just in case but its very easy to replicate. In the "no move" you'll see that the values can change Flares_issue.trk Flares_issue_no_move.trk
  4. I dont have a track but yesterday in a MP server after spending all the ammo and then rearm i experience the same. George wont fire the MSL as if he didnt WAS it. I had to making th AI lock on a tgt, then WAS msl myself and fire it. Not a problem of LOS. Other time i experience this with the last msl left, without rearm before Maybe he thinks there are No hellfires left aboard
  5. Like the tittle says, the EGT is displayed on the IHADSS (marked with red arrow in snapshot) It shouldnt be displayed i think, unless you are exceeding limits. It appears when you do a cold start. When its hot start is not there. You can observe it on the Waggs Cold Start video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLdZh28ljFc ), but not when the video has a hot start. I did a trk file of a cold start just in case, but there are others reporting the same EGT_issue.trk
  6. As the title said, right now the manual does not have in the appendice section an Acronyms List. Due to the quantity of those used in the AH-64 i think it would be good to have that list for quick reference and search of those exact terms

  9. Lot of fun? Yeah, I guess you did played the campaign that comes with it. When you try give orders to vehicles or aircraft just to see them get killed in the most stupid way. Meanwhile the enemy AI, who is suppossed to use same AI logic, kills you with pleasure. Or your arty got stuck with a firemission that you are unnable to click with the UI to cancel it Yeah is a lot of fun for sure Sorry if the ironic post sounded hard, but its hard to hear that from ED when in the community we all know where is the CA potential and where it is now

First of all thank you for reporting and taking the time not only to report the issue but to provide a fix for the devs. But i have to say i'm shocked (not surprised unfortunately) by the things i read on the answer of Nineline. You report an issue and then you provide a easy fix. And the answer he get from the devs is to get ignored by them on this issue. On top of that he thinks, not knows for sure, that it means that they maybe working or have plans for that. So there are people in this forum taking their time to report things to make DCS better, which will benefit users and devs, and the response it that sometimes the devs will ignore it. Just think about that ... I'm quite shocked and furious now Not my intention to create a discussion here and tarnish the OP work but i felt this time have to say something.   11. Thanks for the paint kit @AlphaJuliet and @Timghetta But i can´t find the layer with decals on it. I mean all those little texts with cautions, Jet intake, etc. Can you provide me some link for those please? I tried to find those on the old paint kit but i couldnt find a working link

  14. Weird for sure, it may seem that the translation is bad. For the logic of using amber light, which is caution, i'm puzzle as you are. Here is a video from a Hind switching those very switches. 6:19 mark
  15. Hey @BIGNEWY can you guys please fix this mission, i bet its easy to do it. As you can see the users that try it, find it confusing that the AI wont work
  16. Like the tittle said, in the Caucasus Firing Range mission you cannot use Petrovich. In any of the slots you press Crtl+V and the menu doesn´t show. So you cannot use him to practice with the AI.

    Missing sounds

    If it not much to ask, can we please have the sounds from the cockpit when you actuate the controls? Right now is the only helicopter that doesn´t have those sounds. It not just a audio thing, it gives you feedback when you use the controls Video for audio reference

  19. 100% with the concerns expressed in this thread. There is no point on having one thing but lose previous features. In this case lost any capability of using it solo in a MP enviroment
  20. Hey guys! New to Streamdeck and im looking for some help I would like to know how to make one button to show me some values, but instad of fraction giving me numbers with value on the sim. For this particulary case i was trying the Gazelle to send me radar altimeter values. So it shows 0,5,10,20, etc instead of 0,0.019,0.035,0.072,0.109 I tried to find the answer by myself but i cant figure it out, a little help would be great

  22. Was this new unit tested? Most interesting thing its not the damage to the target itsef. But that it blows the surrounding vehicles too, with that munition. That single twin-barrel round did more damage than a GBU, or at least same Thanks for bring this bug up
