Dass die Core Version wohl keine 4k microOLED Displays haben wird, ist eigentlich ein bisschen schade. Meine perfekte VR Brille hätte maximale Bildqualität und minimalen Schnickschnack, also keine Sandalone-Fähigkeit (und somit auch keinen Akku) und wäre relativ leicht zu tragen. Trotzdem ist die Core natürlich erstmal sehr interessant.

+1 and for those who don't like another keybind to use, ED please add the option(!) to center the mouse cursor every time it goes from off to on automatically. in the meantime please fix this related problem: there are two options to lock the mouse cursor in the game window. one in the VR settings, and one in the system settings. at my PC, none of them works in VR when I start a flight. (yes, not the game, but every time I jump into a cockpit.) the only workaround for me ist to uncheck the box in the VR settings and check it again right away. after returning to the game the cursor is finally locked whithin the game window as intended. but I have to do this every time I start a flight. thanks. Yes, he talked briefly about that. But one should be aware that buying the whole map will always be significantly cheaper than the sum of its parts. Otherwise no one had a benefit for investing full prices early and might adjust behaviour.

Are you aware that you have to choose between HMCS and night vision system by ground-crew menu (or mission editor)?

Had those ID-change-based losses myself, but so early in my DCS journey, that I did not lose too much. Since then, I always store every controls setting for each controller of each module. Like you described above (and even add a version number, and backup those in the cloud). Never had issues aigain nor fear. Don't give up DCS. edit: after @Art-J's post (6 posts down there) I don't recommend my method anymore

Hi, in diesem englischen Thread meint Flappie (der sehr oft sehr hilfreich bei DCS Problemen ist), dass es was mit einer unkorrekten Zeiteinstellung des PCs zu tun haben könnte, der sich mit dem DCS Server zur Authentifizierung verbinden will. Vielleicht hilft's.

Bin jetzt nicht am Rechner, aber kann man nicht das Icon des Piloten auf der F10 Map anklicken und dann auf F2 drücken um ihn zu sehen? edit: funktioniert leider nicht so, wär aber schön.

Es gibt schon Möglichkeiten unter FAT32 bis 2TB zu kommen aber nicht mit Windows. Ich deute deine Antwort mal als 'ja'

I see/measure improvements in smoothness with maps and high settings that I couldn't even play before those changes, e.g. Apache over Marianas in VR.
