  1. Here are my current under volt settings. I did not touch my CPU. I've started using the native OpenXR for DCS. Few more items: DCS OB 2.8.2.35759 Headset is the Samsung HMD Odyssey + (1440x1600 per-eye) AMD Smart Memory enable (resizable bar) OpenXR Tools latest preview on + Customized render scale @ 100% AMD drivers 23.1.1 Adrenalin Edition with Radeon Anti-lag, more tweaking to be done Test mission is the F-18 Ramp Start, on the ground I get around 45 FPS and in the Air I can get up to 50 FPS. Here is my Rig: DCS settings: OpenXR settings: null
  2. Reprojection, dam automatic correct! I also have a Sapphire card, will post my full specs in a subsequent post, maybe we can figure out something together, do you also fly in IL2 so we can see if this issue is only in DCS?
  3. Very interesting, did you manage to use reproduction at all? On my rig I can't use it because of poor performances
  4. I've got mine a week ago, currently trying to tune the settings, I was on a GTX 1070 so it was a big step-up for me. I can run everything on high but my frames seems to be capped around 30-40 on the ground and I can achieve the 50-60 in the air (using OpenXR). I am running the Odyssey+ with a AMD Ryzen 5600X, 32 gig of DDR4 ram. Heat-wise I am around 75-80c on the Junction temperature, my model does not suffer from some of the issues that was published online. Motion Reprojection does not work do, when I turn it on I get locked around 19-27 frames and my GPU utilization is stuck around 85%. I guess drivers still need work. I will keep you guys posted. I would be interested to know if other players have tried also to tweak their setup.
  5. True, but I had a 1 click button to keep my DLL always updated to the current version:
  6. Hi @BIGNEWY, I am really happy that we got native OpenXR in the last patch, however we don't have the proper documentation to set it up correctly (hence this post). I have a few questions for you and the team: Since we have native support do we still need OpenComposite or not (from what I have read here the answer should be no for DCS, but if we use it for other games will it cause conflits with DCS). Same question but this time for the OpenXR Tools for Windows Mixed Reality App from the Microsoft Store. The OpenXR Toolkit is a must IMO for us using OpenXR, it allows to set different parameters and allows some overlays in game. Does DCS intend to add this kind of GUI in the future directly in the base install? If we don't have the OpenXR Toolkit is there a way to change the parameters in our DCS install. This is maybe via line code or a config lua somewhere? Thank you! *Ps. maybe add this in the first post, I am pretty sure I am not the only one with these questions.
  7. Is there a file were we can edit the OpenXR motion reprojection or rest values to default? Currently stuck in a CTD loop since I can't set it back using the tools.
  8. That's incredible news! GJ to them, very interested on how they achieved this
  9. Totally agreed, we have the same issues with our J-10 and the JAS39 mods, by piggy backing on the official module code we are a limited in what we can do. But for those that are using FC3, it is good that all the stations are utilized.
  10. Looking awesome mate!
  11. Interesting, did you get all stations to work (one huge limitation of the CJS mod). What are your plans for the cockpit and FM?
  12. That's very sad news, you stated above the ED shared information on example EFM. Could you please share the link? Also, you said in the past that ED was working on a for a full plane example (to help out modders) any news on that? Thank you!
  13. Actually most mods that use FC3 avionics use the SFM of the said airplane, we can edit the flight model and the engine table to give the mod a feel of the airplane that we are moding. My feeling is that when the GFM models come out this will break all those mods, we would fix it if ED does not hide all the code in a DLL, would that be the case @NineLine?
  14. Hi, will do a video shortly on the topic, You can also follow us on our new Discord: https://discord.gg/WhnCeenaPe We found a work around that will fix that issue, -Whisky
  15. You will need to setup the custom axis. Our FBW system required other controls than the vanilla FC3 ones. They are label Gripen axis
  16. Can't do that since they have locked it down if we do so the plane shuts up and you lose all systems
  17. We are currently looking for someone to finish up the model in Blender. Once it done we can go for a B model, since the JF-17 cockpit looks more like it.
  18. I spoke to Luiz and he's aware of the situation he's currently working on an update
  19. Hi, not currently we are still working on a 1.8.5 version. No you don't need to get FC3, the mod was designed to work with HOTAS, but since more and more of our user base is using other peripherals we will be adding them in the next version. Uninstall all other mods and try again, I would suggest also to check YouTube tutorials to properly use the GBUs. ED also breaks our weapons with updates, testing will commence after OB 2.8. Whisky
  20. Stellar job mate, looking forward to the release!
  21. Greetings @everyone today we have a new video showcasing the new cockpit made by @Yatsieand the new EFM made by @Fatspacepanda that was recently pushed to our testers. This update adds more force and moment coefficients in Pitch, Roll and Yaw axis and control surfaces, gathered with VSP Aero. The result is an unstable aircraft at subsonic speeds, meaning the nose pitches up in correlation with angle of attack. A flight control system capable of controlling both angular rates or normal load (depending on flight envelope) has been developed alongside the flight model. A RM12 engine model from Gasturb14 is currently being implemented. Future steps are ironing some issues, adding functionality and tuning the gains for the control system to achieve the correct feeling and responsiveness. That's all for now stay safe and check six
  22. Hi, this was already implemented and will be available in the next patch : Hi, it will be addressed in the next patch. You can... you need to click on the emergency button (Yellow button on the top left): null Hi yes there is : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bUQmxAuzaUPY99OLZp0S1rzuvRuFK3OQ/view?usp=sharing ; you can also watch our video on the topic: Hi, the Draken is already in development by the BAAS-Dynamics team; our focus is the JAS39-C
  23. Thanks guys, Would love to share about this headset, my best experience was to drop the VR pixel density to 0,5 in DCS and to bring up SS in Steam VR to 450% then I apply some Reshade shaders to fix the colors and help with the text, what about you guys?
  24. Seems that his GitHub is no longer being updated, anyone has an updated version of the Dll that is compatible with VR and the latest Reshade?
  25. I would need to see the folder structure in this folder. Send me a direct message
