Bought this map on Day One and have been happy with it ever since. Love the look and feel of it. And really like the updates. Top Three map for me.

I'm happy to have bought the map and happy to wait for some updates. But what we see now cannot be the final quality of a hi-def area. It can't be. It's not nearly good enough. I'm hopeful and waiting for updates.

Income today as opposed to income tomorrow? I'm not pissed off. It's EA and I'm aware of how DCS, like the universe itself, often unfolds at a glacial pace. I'm confident it will see solid improvements.

The state of the map now is certainly not any kind of standard. It will see improvements. I think we'll see much better textures coming along.

It's kind of meh!, but I am optimistic and I think it will see good updates. And I figure ED has to make this map look good, otherwise it will be a bad omen for the Iraq map.

Had to disable it, otherwise the game froze up upon launch.

Probably not, since it hasn't happened for any other maps. The mainland part of the map is looking pretty sweet after the update. You might enjoy your flights there a bit more now.

Sent you the lua file but I don't know how to do the track file. This is the F-86 mirror pic.

Now it's back. Odd.

That is the strangest thing. I just went in to grab a screen shot and now the mirrors work. Before the mirror frames were there, but no mirrors, you could see right through to the canopy bar and the bolts. But now I have mirrors. Oh well.

Anyone else notice the mirror bug? Doesn't really bother me, but it's there.

I really hoped they would have improved the textures. That would have got me to buy it. I think I have the FF available on free trial, I'll give it a go again. Agreed the plane is fun, but I'm too much into the eye candy aspect of things to tolerate shmooky textures in the cockpit. Super annoying to me.

Seems to be in several planes, but in the F-86 it actually says "mirror" on the mirror. Except it says it backwards. So you have to hold a mirror to the mirror to see "mirror" properly. Really.

Maybe check in the "Special" section under the Mig-15 in the settings. Should be there if it exists.

Have the cockpit textures of the FC Mig-15 been improved over those of the FF Mig-15? Thank you.

Made the "true" to "false" change in the lua file for the launcher and it works now. No new launcher but the game runs. Sweet!

And since the game won't start, the folders are not being rebuilt.

Glad you're flying happy! Once I get past this frozen launcher I'm hoping to do some happy flying myself.

I've used the Steam "play now" options and the .exe from inside the bin folder.
