1.2.9 Preliminary change log is OUT

Should the Dora be included in the bullet list? Little confused.

No, as I understand it, 1.2.9 will contain the AI version of the Sabre, so everyone can see her fly even if you have not bought and downloaded the module from the shop website.

The Dora already is implemented as AI version for a long time.

And both is only loosely related to the fact that the Sabre and the Dora as flyable modules will be available this weekend, or in a couple of days respectively.

Release the 1.2.9 today is the best way like this we have the time for upgrade our DCSW and reinstall all the Mods and after this upgrade just wait the F-86-Sabre.

Just one little question about the F-86 release, it's for 26th but after midnight in which country, USA, Russia ?

I remember Janes F/A-18 got released, then one patch and that was it. We are so lucky thanks Wags and everyone at ED, Belsimtek and all the 3rd party guys.

Well underwhelming patch but can't really blame ED. People want new modules and this provides many new ones! :thumbup: Hoping that we see 2.0 in next few months... Waiting till end of the year would be a pain.

That's just great. We've been waiting for ages for 1.2.9 and still no major updates (Su-27 AFM). With this pace, few more months of wait for 1.3.0.. at best..

Was also hoping for some important UH-1 improvements. But it is ok ... we are used to wait.

On the other hand 2014 seems to be a year without any interesting dcs module for me. Good for my purse.:book:

Mig-21 guys said that they plan "releasing the aircraft together with a major point release of DCS." This would mean something like DCS 2.0

And a little bit later they said to expect it "late this year". So possibly DCS 2.0 may come autumn/winter (northern hemisphere) this year IF it doesn't get set back again.

So hopefully we don't have to wait until 2015.

Moved Dora from WWII AI Units folder to it's own Module Folder (I Assume)

Several DLLs and LUAs for Input and Output adjustments.

F-86F Cockpit and Textures are part of the F-86 Installer

Is the 1.2.9 update® actually available, .. cause I ain't picking up anything. I run the DCS_updater manually, .. and it loads DCS World up normally, .. with no mention of an update.

I get the news that the F-86 is available .. and that's it.
