If it's not listed in the change log then I wouldn't expect it to be fixed yet. Although, sometimes fixes do sneak in unannounced.

Has anything been done to P51? I can't start the engine any more.

Battery on. Fuel on (big red lever), fuel pump on, prop max rpm, magnetos on. Hold primer 5 sec. Starter on. Mixture normal when it starts to roar. Tried all throttle positions. 14 tries total. Nothing. I started it on previous version - no problem.

 

Hold the starter longer. Now it takes a much longer cranking before the engine fires. If in a custom mission, make sure if the outside temp is low, you might have to dilute the engine oil.

I don't think it is explicitly stated anywhere. My best guess would be to PM Wags and start a dialog with him. I do think it would be nice if a basic guide of criteria would be posted.

No. It isn't. There is a crazy roll inertia. Try the Instant mission for F-15C ;)

Dieter it is open-beta for now...open-beta is a SEPERATE dcs installation.

you will need to install dcs open beta, to get this patch now.

 

if you only use the "normal" dcs installation, then you will have to wait a few days probably until the patch 1.2.14 goes live and official.

I think there is a plan to put a guideline out soon, so hang in there, the payware is still new so let them get it all figured out.
