Too bad I may leave for work at that time. So I hope I will see a recording of this later on youtube or twitch vod.

I truly hope they up-load it for the people who coouldn't make it. :(

I´ll probably be able to watch it tomorrow night at 22:00 CET, but that would be sad for all those who can´t join. Or what about technical issues that might prevent one from watching it?

Of course, could you tell me why you wouldn't want to to be recorded?

ED would like control over where it is placed, they have their own youTube channel, if the feed goes well, they can place it on their own. Thanks for asking!

I'm posting a bit late, but it would be great if Wags could show us several different times of day during the stream (morning twilight, mid-day, evening, night, etc). Would love to see the lighting changes with EDGE.

Also, with Naval aviation around the corner with the upcoming Hornet and Tomcat, can EDGE vary the size of waves/seas to match bad weather?

You mean the ocean next to Las Vegas ;)

Dont count on any sea action, the focus will be NTTR I am sure, which is pretty land locked.

I figured that, my question had more to do with EDGE in general and the upcoming Strait of Hormuz. I can wait to find out. ;)

BTW, speaking of time-of-day, this looks like an "evening-ish" shot and is AMAZING. Textures seem much better compared to the videos that Wags released of the NTTR alpha last fall.

Again, its Wags first stream, he doesn't want to say 100% it will be available to see after until he sees how it all plays out, if you can be there, best to try and be there.

Bugger, this sounds disappointing. Sadly I'm away on holiday and very unlikely to be able to see the live stream. I was hoping to watch a recording of it later in the week. I guess I better keep everything crossed, that all goes well be they decide to show it again at a later date. :(

A lot of 'I think it is at such and such time in my location here' in this thread, when announcing to a global audience it is always best to state UTC or Zulu time that way there can be little confusion. PST, PDT, GMT, ET just complicate things. UTC/Zulu is the standard that everyone/most can and do relate to, plus they are not affected by daylight savings.

Yup, it's your friend.

Truly superior pilots are those that use their superior judgment to avoid those situations where they might have to use their superior skills.

A few notes before the Stream tomorrow:

1- This will be more of a Stream test than anything else. So, I will not be archiving the broadcast for later viewing. If it goes well though, I will do so in later streams.

2- Given that we are in the process of coding, a rather annoying error entered the code base yesterday. During the stream, you will see error warning windows pop up from time to time. These are due to work on the new ATC system. Keep calm and carry on.

3- Due to an issue with mouse interactive cockpits in the current build (dedug graphics showing), I'll just be using FC3 aircraft from the test stream (Su-27 and F-15C).

4- This will be the first time I have ever done a live steam, so it will probably be rather rough with a lot of ummms and periods where I have not much to say.

5- I will not be reading the stream chat, but I have one of our moderators that will be helping out. So, please do not try to ask me questions... I will not see them.

See you all tomorrow :)
