Torso
There's been no picture posted of a real Harrier HUD with FLIR. DrPhibes (as he stated) posted a picture of the F-15E HUD. Hey thanks for that correction. I must have missed that key fact somehow. Thanks again man. (Rechecked post, now clearly see F-15E. Doh! Now wondering if I should recheck my actual work work..one of those days..lol) Edited February 21, 2017 by Torso
whiteladder
Does anyone know if the AV-8b FLIR used by the Marines has the heat source indicator feature in the HUD that the British version has. Its a pretty cool feature.

Baz000
Quick question, US Marine Corps Harrier pilots usually have their helmets covered by camouflage (same kind worn by troops in the theater of operations, eg... Desert or woodland Marpat for current day... Older camo for years ago) They do this to show solidarity to the troops on the ground that they support with their CAS missions and also because every US Marine is a rifleman first... Even if they are a pilot, every Marine is trained as a rifleman As there is no more deadly weapon than a US Marine and his rifle on the battlefield. Just wondering if such a feature would be included for the AV8B you guys are working on, as little details such as this distinguish these Marine aviators from others. I just did a quick search for razbam fsx harrier and I saw some photos of the pilots with helmet covers and also without, all and all it looks good... Small little details like these really add to the simulator experience. Thanks for your answer to my question. I'm really looking forward to flying these things off those LHDs like the Bataan or Wasp which will turn out to be mad fun

Stratos
Considering the WIP of the ships I think I will get this mod as soon as released, this way, I will support the A-29 Super Tucano as well, for sure the plane I'm looking forward the most. But, I have a question, I know they're not the same aircraft, but will the release ship with a RAF skin? I don't understand anything in russian except Davai Davai!
