Thank you so much, love old training videos.

 

Now I really hope they add the ability to talk to "awacs/EWR" unit's so I can go hunting along the boarder 😅, something I really miss in the huey.

ok those screen just plain look cool and fun!!

 

Nice to see attention to detail on the cannon fire... giant fireball up front, and even quite a bit of fire at the rear of the cannon too, just like real footage we've all seen.

 

 

I'm not sure what the rear fire is, I kind of wonder if there is barrel gas bleed for a venturi nozzle to reduce recoil? Much like a "recoilless gun"?  Though rare, I do believe I've seen this done at least once before on an auto-cannon design, probably a prototype that never went into production.

Oh man those pics are sexy as hell....Can't wait for our beloved Hind to drop. I'm just waiting for the easter sale to pick up (hopefully it will be included) Syria to give this chopper a proper theater to operate in 🙂

HP G2 Reverb (Needs upgrading), Windows 10 VR settings: IPD is 64.5mm, High image quality, G2 reset to 60Hz refresh rate. set to OpenXR, but Open XR tool kit disabled.

DCS: Pixel Density 1.0, Forced IPD at 55 (perceived world size), DLSS setting is quality at 1.0. VR Driver system: I9-9900KS 5Ghz CPU. XI Hero motherboard and RTX 3090 graphics card, 64 gigs Ram, No OC... Everything needs upgrading in this system!.

Vaicom user and what a superb freebie it is! Virpil Mongoose T50M3 base & Mongoose CM2 Grip (not set for dead stick), Virpil TCS collective with counterbalance kit (woof woof). Virpil Apache Grip (OMG). MFG pedals with damper upgrade. Total controls Apache MPDs set to virtual Reality height. Simshaker Jet Pro vibration seat.. Uses data from DCS not sound... goodbye VRS.

Did you noticed that most of a gauges in front cockpit is not functional yet? Attitude indicator, speedmeter, etc.. And there was not much view to moving gauges in rear cockpit either - probably these are things to complete. I hope they are really in the finish line as expected. 

 

But still - it seems that 2.7 + Hind will be freaking incredible :).

just hot gas escaping the breech - watch any video of a Tunguska (which is a GsH-30-2 ) and you'll see the same...

Are we getting a version with flares? Didn't see it listed in the specs.
