Considering that we already have the MiG-21. Wouldn’t it be great to see an SU-15TM module for DCS as well? I personally would love to see more soviet planes from this era :D

It's a nice cold war fighter but there have to be some Russian 3rd party interested in modeling Soviet or Russian planes. US and European 3rd parties are more interested in modeling US and European planes.

no problem m8, this dude has a history of posting random WIP model and explain it in broken English just to get other's attention( and he failed spectacularly) . He never actually releases anything in Modding channel lol. Many of his threads/posts got locked or erased by the mod and i think his recent one was no exception

You didn't actually explain how any of his assets are illegal, you just said that this guy posts wip screenshots which don't amount to anything in the end. While annoying to some I don't see what's wrong with it, at the end of the day it's a forum and anything related to DCS can be posted.

I think you should perhaps explain yourself a bit more though, if mods censor what he posts perhaps there is another reason I didn't understand.

Full fidelity su27/mig29 ?

Yeah we need to start seeing some proof that these are indeed illegal mods. You can download free models and do what you please with them as long as you are not selling them or putting them into something that is charged for.

All that said...

@RotoFlycreate your own threads, while I don't see any proof of these being stolen models, as of yet, you are stealing other peoples threads. Please stop.

So a supersonic dart that can't turn, limited capabilities, and is fairly obscure compared to other Eastern bloc designs?

Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!

Well, paradox is 1960s fighters had limited maneuverability, but close air combat was in practice the only way to achieve the kill. Not neceserly maneuvering, Erich Hartmann in his interview stated vast majority of his victims didn't know they are being attacked until it was too late. Fast Starfighter with small wings could be a perfect fighter for such scenario.

In 2000s every single fighter jet is wery maneuverable yet due to missiles, sensors and avionics advances, maneuver air combat became close to impossible except for some very rare accidents, and even when it would happen it's considered a failure of tactical engagement.

For me it always looked like 1970s/1980s up to Desert Storm was "the Golden mean" when very maneuverable 4th generation fighters were already in service and close dogfighting was still very important and realistic part of air combat.

A LOT better looking than anything the Eastern Bloc built.
