Tarabostes Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Hello pilots , this year we already have 2 new modules, maybe we can expect a third one?And if we can, what it will be?
Lancel Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 The F-16 may possibly make it by the end of the year, but I wouldn't expect until Q4 at the earliest.
FragBum Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Mi-24 of course. :D Control is an illusion which usually shatters at the least expected moment. Gazelle Mini-gun version is endorphins with rotors. See above. Currently rolling with a Asus Z390 Prime, 9600K, 32GB RAM, SSD, 2080Ti and Windows 10Pro, Rift CV1. bu0836x and Scratch Built Pedals, Collective and Cyclic.
ElementLT Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Something tells me that the Viper will be released at some point this year. Maybe in the fall is what I'm hoping. But hey ED may just surprise us all and release it by Summer. (wishful thinking) Coming Soon... The Fraternity Returns : https://thefraternitysim.com/
Outlaw24 Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 I think the carrier might be closer to release than a full pledge aircraft. I would put my bet on the carrier followed by the Mi-24. Spoiler: MSI Z790 Carbon WIFI, i9 14900KF, 64GB DDR4, MSI RTX 4090, VKB STECS Mk ll throttle, VKB Gunfighter Ultimate MCG Pro w/200mm Extension, Winwing Orion Rudder Pedals W/damper, Wingwin Monitors/MFD's, UTC MK II Pro, Virpil TCS Plus Collective, MSI 34" QD-OLED @240Hz monitor, Samsung 970 Pro M2 2TB (for DCS), Playseat Air Force Seat, KW-980 Jetseat, Vaicom Pro, Tek Creations panels and controllers.
Tarabostes Posted April 1, 2019 Author Posted April 1, 2019 I think too that F-16 have the biggest chance for a release this year. Now we can only wait .

Airhunter Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 New free map? There was a new free, but undiclosed, map announced earlier this year.
QuiGon Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 The next module will probably be the Fw-190A8. Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!
Tread_Head57 Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 But what about JF-17 ? Any chances? They said late summer/fall this year for JF-17 EA. Hopefully it’s still on track.
msalama Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 The next module will probably be the Fw-190A8. Seems so. And a first day buy for me as well it has to be stated ;) The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.
DeathAngel1 Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 I hope it will be F-16CJ... ..:NAVY PILOTS ARE THE THE BEST PILOTS:..
delevero Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 I think this screenshot fit very well into "todays" topic about planes :pilotfly:
SonofEil Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 The F-16 may possibly make it by the end of the year, but I wouldn't expect until Q4 at the earliest. NineLine said 2019 in response to a snippy YouTube comment earlier this year but Wags has been walking it back in recent interviews and comment responses. I think 2020 is much more realistic for the F-16...if we’re lucky. i7 7700K @5.0, 1080Ti, 32GB DDR4, HMD Odyssey, TM WH, Crosswind Rudder...
Rudel_chw Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Am I the only one that would like to see the I.16 this year? s90naRJZEt0 For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
norbot Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Am I the only one that would like to see the I.16 this year? I think any other WWII aircraft in DCS will declass the I-16. The Bf 109 and the Fw 190 were introduced something like 3 - 7 years later. Fighting against those with the I-16 is close to suicide. Could be a nice aircraft to fly around in single-player. But nothing more, in my opinion.
Harlikwin Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 There was a new free, but undiclosed, map announced earlier this year. Its gonna be 100's of miles of open ocean  New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, HP Reverb (formermly CV1) Old-N-busted: i7 4720HQ ~3.5GHZ, +32GB DDR3 + Nvidia GTX980m (4GB VRAM) :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, Rift CV1 (yes really).
Harlikwin Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 They said late summer/fall this year for JF-17 EA. Hopefully it’s still on track. I'm crossing my fingers for this. Finally somewhat modern red air. New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, HP Reverb (formermly CV1) Old-N-busted: i7 4720HQ ~3.5GHZ, +32GB DDR3 + Nvidia GTX980m (4GB VRAM) :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, Rift CV1 (yes really).
TLTeo Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 (edited) I think any other WWII aircraft in DCS will declass the I-16. The Bf 109 and the Fw 190 were introduced something like 3 - 7 years later. Fighting against those with the I-16 is close to suicide. Could be a nice aircraft to fly around in single-player. But nothing more, in my opinion. Yea, absolutely. Even the 109E is superior to the I16, let alone the K. It looks like a fun little plane to fly around but it will need some assets to really shine. Regarding the OP, I think the 190A8 and JF17 have a good chance. The Viper may also make it, who knows. Edited April 2, 2019 by TLTeo
nessuno0505 Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 Its gonna be 100's of miles of open ocean  I hope in a 1950 korea map. As a pay product It would not be so appealing, but as a free map It could raise interest on Sabre and mig-15 and boost their sales. I do not own them, but they would be at the top of my wishlist with a suited free map to fly with.
