Ahhhhh, Maybe that explains why the Spitfire has no internal lighting as well.

Strange that this patch isn't releasing the Normandy 2 map as noted by Bignewy on Discord, hopefully the Sinai map will come then, we have had loads of previews of both maps now surly 1 or the other should be dropping soon with so much media being put out about them by Youtubers.

I'm hoping the patch will fix the invisible plane bug that only shows the weapons, the cockpit bloom bug when switching between the cockpit and F10 and many more MT updates/fixes

So glad I didnt pre-order the F15E either as that seems a while away, the whole Razbam F15 pre-order debacle as I would call it, has put me off pre ordering anything now unless a confirmed release date is given with it.

Sinai map's preview movies were published 1 or 2 weeks earlier than Normandy 2 map's ones.

That may indicate Normandy 2's release date will be some weeks later from Sinai map , in my thought.

Grim reapers in.l their preview said it was expected to be released at the end of the month. So it doesn't appear Normandy 2 was planned for this patch.

I have a feeling Sinai was planned for this patch.  But I read something about stuff needing fixing after they showed up in the previews. So I'm unsure if it will make it.

I think they said rencently that the big remaining taks for the Supercarrier are tied to the implementation onf Vulkan. So I wouldn't expect any big updates this year.

Not sure if Sinai gonna come. Wouldnt there be a pre order first lol  cant remember the other maps if they had that 

 

100% was the last time i pre ordered anything in DCS without knowing a release date ! I dont mind a month or 2 but reading there Discord today i dont think we gonna see it this or next patch so that would make it 4 month at least!

Yep, wondering about this too. There is a lot of marketing for Sinai as well as Normandy lately and the maps seem to be quite "ready to drop". At least in a sense it seems not to be several month to go. Did ED ever announce a change in policy and maps just release without a pre-order phase? I would not care but i assume this would be know publicly.

Postponement of Ready Room or Prifly doesn't mean they can't go with New Plane Directors and Captains and fix the issues happening on the deck and with the carrier.
