I understand that the situation is complex, but the uncertainty has been dragging on for too long. Can you indicate when we can expect clarity on the outcome? It is important for me and other customers to know when this issue will be resolved.

Sadly there is no way to give any sort of timeline right now. Sorry.

That is a Legal Dispute into companies, no a minnor issue, an a resolution date cannot be put meanwhile the two parts has no reach to a agretment.

It's unfortunate to hear that there is currently no concrete timeline available. As a customer, it's frustrating to remain in the dark about when we can expect more clarity. Would it be possible to provide more transparency in communication regarding this issue? It would reassure us as customers to know where we stand.

You're not listening really are you ? It's in the hands of legal representatives, and they're not likely to offer up any information until a settlement/agreement has been signed and agreed upon.
I'm also a customer, but don't feel like a needy one, I am quite happy to let things happen behind closed doors, and in the meantime carry on flying the F15E, and AV8B whilst I can, and will continue to do so right up until the 11th hour... patience is a virtue

The clarity you need is: They are open to F-15E refunds (although sadly only in store credits) and many cases have been successful. That's the compensation you can have if you wish, what you paid for the module can be reinstated in full apparently.

At this point I don't care who is at fault (both parties in my opinion), the simple fact is that the DCS community is completely losing faith in ED. It seems to me that this will cost more in the long run for ED. The appearance is ED is cutting off the nose to spite the face. This has gone on long enough; the customers are pissed. It is adversely affecting ED, RB, other 3rd party devs, peripheral companies and most importantly the customers. Rumors have even started about ED stability. Why would I as a consumer want to purchase anything else if some these rumors are true? The longer this goes on and the fact that ED is so silent about it, doesn't help the situation. It could be for legal reason, I don't care, it still doesn't help.

IF ED is able to move forward, it needs to be transparent and outline to its customers how they are going to prevent this from happening again. Reassure the community that the products they purchased will continued to be maintained.

It is past time for this to come to an end. ED is hemorrhaging customers and potential new customers. This is not a good look. Your customers do not care who is at fault, it's time to put them first, and fix the problem. I care deeply about this community and want it to survive and grow, but at this point I have my doubts.

Respectfully,

I am sorry to see you are upset, however the situation is not that simple, and we are hopeful for a good outcome.

If you want to consider a refund for the F-15E please contact support directly, please bear in mind there is a queue and it will take some time.

thank you

I'm glad to see that you are at least offering refunds for the Strike Eagle. I have put in for one and have no problem waiting.

That being said, the situation you have presented to the public is painfully simple. Razbam modules are becoming unusable over some dispute, which means customers like me are left hanging dry over the money we spent. So unless you can present information that shows how complex this situation is, saying it's complex doesn't make it complex for us.

And you still haven't addressed the fact that all of Razbam's products are still being offered for purchase on your "E-Shop" page.

Are you still taking money from customers who are unknowingly purchasing unsupported/unusable products?

Respectfully,

Polychop lost so much faith, they just went and released their Kiowa, heatblur also lost so much faith, they decided to launch their Phantom, neither of which were early release modules either... so which other 3rd party devs are you referring to, and obviously will have a public statement from them to support such claims?

Enigma and your "claims" as the video claiming "the future on DCS has FC-3" 🤣 Are you serious? do you think a influencer can mark the ED market by a bad publicity video?

ORBX 3r Party has been a sily movement, by release Kola map on a dying DCS World.

The only thing I've lost faith in is the overall community in DCS. (not that there was much there to begin with)

I would lose faith in ED if they did comment on an ongoing dispute with a third party; that would be unprofessional.

Maybe its time for some to step away from DCS until they can come back with clear heads...

Meanwhile I'll just be here enjoying the hell out of a great combat simulator!

ED cant just take down products because of opinions,

Agreement has to be made by both ED and RB to take them off the e-Shop, Steam and even RB's own website.

p.s. M-200C works, AV-8B Works, MiG-19 Works, South Atlantic Works, F-15E Works (in EA State).

So there is no "Unusable Modules" Currently.

p.p.s. the 6 G Limiter did not make the M-2000C Unusable, it gimped it sure, but it was still very much deployable.

Since this is, apparently, a legal issue I understand that there will most likely be no option for either side to give any concrete information as we've seen repeatedly from @BIGNEWY and @NineLine's comments in this thread. I would assume that they are bound legally from releasing much information regarding the negotiations. I truly wish that all of this had not gone public. The old quote “Laws, like sausages, cease to inspire respect in proportion as we know how they are made,” IMHO, also applies here.

I have seen no mention about the fiasco that was the Ilya Shevchenko / Kickstarter origin of DCS WWII. I was one of the contributors and could have easily written off that money but ED honored those contributions and I now have WWII aircraft (which I implore ED to put some more love into... and they have said that there IS stuff in the works).

Although I do check regularly on the issue, I have no expectation that there will be meaningful information until the legal proceedings have concluded.

Keep believing that, and I hope you are correct. I held my nose and crossed my fingers and purchased the Kiowa. I had been looking forward to it for a long time, I also have the funds that I can risk. The F-4 was purchased in the fall before any of this was made public. Going forward, I will not buy the CH-47 or anything else until this is resolved and faith my faith in ED restored. I tell you this, that the customer faith in ED is dwindling, it's sad and avoidable.

I had purchased all Razbam modules, Steam users here. If this dispute or negotiation did not go well and the modules become dead, we'd have the past VEAO situation, luckily, refunded the HAWK quick as it was so badly made, got saved there. But never thought after all that, this happened with RAZBAM, too many modules.

I wonder why only one developer has this sudden issue with ED and not the rest, maybe they are keeping silent...but that does not change anything here. All four modules, I bought, and to know all of them has the possibility to loose support, that is a lot of LOSS for us customers who are the end users. I am more worried about how the refunds can be possible with Steam. The F-15E just got released, only to be on the verge of being dropped dead soon...Then one of the possible few red jets, the Mig 23, dropped dead. There is VERY low number of REDFORCE jets...

All this with the super slow updates of 3d models still there, from LOMAC days, the current AI planes like Su-30 is an eyesore...😒
