We wont be discussing it in public, to do so is irresponsible. 

We continue to wait for a resolution, when we have something to share about it we will let you all know.

As far as I'm aware, it is ED taking the legal ground over breaches of contract, to include the "alleged" infringment of IP rights, and not RB taking ED to court for non payment citing contractual obligations, which is what should have happened to begin with.  RB would have had a contractual agreement with ED regarding remuneration of services rendered, this is standard business practices.

You invoice a client, if the client refuses to pay, then you start going the legal route, you have to have dialoge with the client as to why they're withholding payments, NOBODY lets a client away from non settlement of remuneration for 8 months, especially if you've got no other sources of income to offset the non payments. RB's sub contractors are solely RB's responsibility, they too would have had their remuneration process written into their contracts, so why none of them started legal proceedings against their employer to recover loss of earnings also seems to be "highly contenteous" 

"Alleged" in the UK is very much a legal issue, that's when factual evidence comes in to play.

Anyone who has been arrested for "alleged" crimes will still need to supply evidence to the contrary that disproves any "allegations/alleged" criminal activity, that would then have the residing courts make a decision based on facts presented.

The corporate lawyers know what they're doing and saying, more so than random blokes in a forum, upset as they feel like they're victims of a heineous crime.

In my opinion, the only thing RZ should comment on about DCS is the subject matter, no promises and sweets that are later taken out of your hands. Leave the work to committed and competent people. Flies don't get into a closed mouth.

No, that's not true, I respond to others who are doing the recycling of the same old same old, like the non payment implausible argument used by zambrano. I usually refer people to read the opening post before spreading misinformation and continuous speculation, hence my recent posts. This issue is close to my heart for other reasons as well which I am not going into.

Correct, the IP infringement is an allegation because there has not been a legal verdict, of course this will probably be settled out of Court as most cases are in civil litigation. However, the non payment issue is not an allegation, it has been stated as fact, but the dispute is not about non payment. The latter would have to brought by Razbam and to my knowledge they have not brought a claim against ED on the issue of non payment.

We will probably never know. If they come to an agreement, it's probably for the better. Why people assume/(demand) they will ever tell us is beyond me.

What on earth is 'Razbam was fired' even supposed to mean? Razbam is a company, not a person, and I've seen absolutely nothing suggesting that ED employed anyone involved in this mess.

A good 3d artist can produce good 3d models in 12-14 months..maybe even less, it's the coding that takes longer, and that's nothing to do with making the mesh.

I'm in the same situation as you: I own F-15E, Harrier and M-2000C and there is a risk to never see the MudHen completed. 

That's really sad but there's nothing I can do except wait and hope for the best.

I just read the 'story' on reddit, it looks to me like someone was in such a hurry to post something they thought was exciting and would get views that they didn't read far enough to see it was a mistake. Nothing has changed, we all just need to try and be patient waiting for a resolution and filter out the white noise.
