I don't remember a patch ever coming out on a Saturday, so I guess that means there won't be a November patch for DCS?
Going forward, can we expect two patches in December?

Im waiting for new fog and Iraq, and +1 for Hellcat as well.

I think that even if the patch could be released
ED would not release it now, because we must not distract
the people from the promotional sale.
Which I can easily understand because it is what I would do if I were in their place.
Thank you ED for your work and we will appreciate the patch when it is there.

There is no rush for the new update
when I see the number of new bugs added with the last patch, especially for the OH-58, I prefer to wait two more weeks and take advantage of an update that will have fewer problems because it was submitted to more tests before the release….

Yes , I'm waiting for that too, in some ways Kiowa was ruined because of that patch that wasn't supposed to come out. I'm a bit surprised that a Hot Fix wasn't released to simply revert to the previous version by ED. I hope it will be in this patch that will appear any minute now. Either the final version, or at least the previous version. I hope it's just a matter of days.

Let's face it, ED made a mess of the OH-58 but it's Polychop that has to put things right... which takes time... But I have total confidence in the team to put things right.
One thing is certain, we continue to see that communication between ED and third-party developers is not optimal and that there is clearly work to be done in this area...

I haven't touched the Kiowa since the update. Lucky I've had the F4 and F16 to play with the last months.

They were aiming for the second patch right away, not the one that came out in October (DCS 2.9.9.2280 from 30th of October) but November's patch, which is clearly written. So in general everything should be fine now:

Well 4 weeks later, I note the Heatblur patch notes for the 30th October 2024 are still missing on the official changelog schedule - @BIGNEWY @NineLine You said this would be done?? Honestly guys why is this so hard to get done, its so simple, vital and basic for tracking.

Also i heard nothing back about the recommendation to open a new changelog purely for Campaigns given the every growing nature of this schedule.  It seems sensible so that when testing we can sort through the changenotes quicker/easier.

@IronMike Please can you speak to these two and assist if needed as it's not ideal when looking back at historical changes and patch notes are missing (easier to get missed).  Is this something that you can do yourself, otherwise at this rate I perceive given the current tardyness it's just not going to get done, despite promises.

With the new patch dropping tomorrow conscious they may get lost with the passage of time.

Yes, I wrote about it once before, but maybe you didn't notice ;). There is no Beta or Stable anymore, there is "Unified Release" - at least that version of DCS was called that in the last February. So it's worth using the word "Public" to avoid confusion :). Thank you.
