It was a brilliant idea! We'll get DCS and LockOn players/pilots reunite. This is what any of us would imagine that it's possible. But we had kinda similar situation with FC when it came out. At least whole family will be together again.

I liked that end of the map. But i think it's a worthy sacrifice for BS compatibility! This is an absolutely brilliant move! And $15 is nothing! Aero DCS Wishlist: 1) FIX THE DAMN RIVERS!!! 2) Spherical or cylindrical panorama view projection. 3) Enhanced input options (action upon button release, etc). 4) Aircraft flight parameter dump upon exit (stick posn, attitude, rates, accel, control volume, control-surface positions, SAS bias, etc). 5) ADS-33 maneuver courses as static objects. 6) Exposed API or exports of trim position and stick force for custom controllers. 7) Select auto multiple audio devices

Imagine breathers flying the Su25T performing SEAD for Black Sharks so they can close in and be close air support for friendly forces. Can that happen now?
