TOMCATZ Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Hi, the team did a very good job. So many things-The editor, the graphics, the models, the lights, the weather system- All works fine and very good. I`m very happy about these product- Thank you very much. A great fan, TOM 1 Born to fly but forced to work.
tigerrrrr Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Was wingman attack bug fixed ? Or he stil repeat "negative", "unable" bla bla bla ... i5 2500K, Asus P8Z68V, 16GB RAM, Nvidia 1060 6GB, Soundblaster Z, TrackIR4, Thrustmaster T.16000M, W7 64bit
Jona33 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 I heard that was fixed. Always remember. I don't have a clue what I'm doing
msalama Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Yup, the new Shark is indeed super-spiffy and the AI vastly improved over the old one. So a big thank-you from me also :) The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.
Napa Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 I find it a little bit harder to fly it as well, maybe I need to re-polish my skills with the shark but I think they did something to the flight modelling, it feels a lot more responsive to weather conditions (mostly wind) which is good, the more realism the better. enigma6584 Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 It is a superb improvement over BS1. I'd like to say thank you ED as well. Thank you ED!!

Slazi Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 Wanna add my thanks. Actually, this is probably better than another release in my eyes, I'm not so interested in flying planes. Just installing now, but won't get the chance to play for a few days. Thanks again!
gandhi2 Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 I'm very happy with the upgrade too. BS is a great product, thanks! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
WynnTTr Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 Definitely a big improvement all round. Love just flying around even more than BS1. AI improvement is a big, big plus in my book. Much more immersive.
Phantom88 Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 :thumbup:The best $20 bucks I ever spent! To think for the price of a few beers I can fly a High fidelity Simulation that will give me 100's of hrs of enjoyment:joystick: Thank You to The DCS team for making the tough decision to completely overhaul Black Shark and bring it up to The A-10C Standards,I know you're taking some heat from the community for this but really,Once they see it's a completely new experience they will realize,Like I did, That it's worth 3X The Price. Cheers! Patrick

Mango Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 As a kid I used to dream of a computer simulator that was just like being in the cockpit of a high tech bird. BS is beyond anything I could have imagined!! Thanks ED for such bringing us two incredible simulators at consumer level prices! 1
agrasyuk Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 i own boxed BS1, but never really flew it to much. i just remember that i never got to the point i could get it fully started myself and that newborn wasn't allowing to spend to much time on studying it then. today i'm consumed by a10, with that i will probably get BS2 as well. i just wish they wouldn't make me install BS1 first. i understand the the concerns about pirating and all but why couldn't just validate my key... for that reason alone i'm thinking to get the full version, to keep the installation annoyance level down. but creating annoying upgrade path in order to squeeze that extra 20$ for full version? i will pay the 20+20, but it doesn't look very pretty. Anton. My pit build thread . Simple and cheap UFC project
WynnTTr Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 It's a little bit of a pain if you don't have BS1 already installed - it's that extra time installing then validating BS1, then installing BS2. But once BS2 is there just uninstall BS1 completely.
HiJack Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 I have not had the time to fly much yet but just landed rough on the runway so tires blew, typical ;) I went and did the switching down of engines on the parking and got this lowely message saying "wait XX sec for repairs" I just had to wait! And the wait was worth it! Just try it yourself in the outside view! Nice repair touch there ED! :D I like the sim so far, seams like the trim is more on my side in this version :P (HJ)
Vantskruv Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Thanks! I love both A10 and BS2 sims, enough to waste money on a Thrustmaster Warthog, and maybe real rudderpedals in the future instead of my Driving Force Pro pedals. Thanks again ED!
