Python Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 Tornado's, jags and harriers!!!:clap::clap: Bring it on, and not just AV8B's but proper uk harriers aswell, and the RAF training module from another dev, this is all just too good to be true. I only hope that the flight models are as accurate as possible, FSX was always a let down in that regard... [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Ramstein Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 While there is a lot of talk about NATO aircraft, one of the most actually developed modules to date is DCS: MIG21 and it's coming out as an actual DCS title. Saying that, I'd also love to see the Su-17. because of the need for a Nato SEAD capable aircraft... :joystick: ASUS Strix Z790-H, i9-13900, WartHog HOTAS and MFG Crosswind G.Skill 64 GB Ram, 2TB SSD EVGA Nvidia RTX 2080-TI (trying to hang on for a bit longer) 55" Sony OLED TV, Oculus VR

Suchacz Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 (edited) That picture has not on DCS game, has on Flight Simulator series. Obviously a FSX screenshot, but i presume that the 3d model is for DCS :smilewink: BTW, keep up the good work! It's sad, that ED has marketing strategy same as CIA. Prowler111 Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 Just curious - what is that grainy effect in-cockpit attributed to? FX-engine limitations? Nope, due to image sharpening.. Just to be clear, i never stated it´s on DCS, hence my comment "imagine how it will look in DCS"..it´s obvious is still FSX.When this cockpit and the exterior hit DCS, you´ll know it because we´ll already have our own forums :-D Best regards Prowler
Python Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 Looks great! will you be doing a deal for those of us that would like the FSX and DCS versions? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
RagnarDa Posted July 24, 2012 Posted July 24, 2012 (edited) Nice! Very much looking forward to this. The Harrier will be perfect in the DCS world. Don't know if this has been asked further back in the thread, but do you take donations? Edit: Edited July 24, 2012 by RagnarDa DCS AJS37 HACKERMAN There will always be bugs. If everything is a priority nothing is.
Phantom453 Posted July 24, 2012 Posted July 24, 2012 I'm still a little surprised (but also very happy) that the Harrier will be amongst the first of your DCSW aircraft. The reason I say that is I assume the Harrier would have one of the most complex flight models given the whole VTOL aspect, therefore one of the most difficult aircrafts to model within DCSW with a highly accurate flight model? Latest pics look really good!

gunterlund21 Posted July 24, 2012 Posted July 24, 2012 this will be interesting to see how this plane transitions from hover to forward flight. My brother in law is a marine harrier pilot and he will be interested to see this plane in action as well. I was in Art of the Kill D#@ it!!!!
