Hadn´t seen that one, but still you have to take it with a grain of salt considering the recent past. Lately it seems like the russian and english section are a bit out of synch. Silver_Dragon Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 This is just a comment that has arisen in me more than once. Many people will turn on the news of the Russian forum ED, is the gross or take a joke, and even angry because they see that kind of news in forums in English. More than one has broached me it seems as if in the ED forums, the Russian section is on one side and English on the other. And I do not know what to say. Nate--IRL-- Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Can someone please translate sliver dragons link to English for me. I cannot access a translator atm. Yes, even the Google one. It just so happened that that electricians who have been waiting (well, to discharged batteries, light bulbs went out, etc.) was ready in time for the Mustang. Why so long do? Well, because it's not so simple as it seems. 1. Battery. Must be charged and discharged, and the capacity, ie Ah how much he can give to a complete discharge, strongly depends on the discharge current. Did. And the temperature. Did. Emf and internal resistance depends on the degree of suction (more resistance and temperature). Did. A more alkaline and acid number of different discharge. Did. 2. Lamps and lights. The strength of the light depends on the current flowing through the filament, respectively - on the voltage across the lamp. Did. Chroma also depends - did not, but still ahead. 3. Switch devices. For most gauges voltage in the measurement circuit, not stable, so the readings depend on the voltage fluctuations in the on-board network. Did. 4. Electric motors and generators, as well as combined starter-generators. Electric DC, in fact. Sin does not do. Did. Now it is evident that the starter uses much more current until the motor does not spin (items 2 and 3 are open). At the same time, once we know the current through the armature and its resistance is a sin not to warm the coil. And can overheat if overdone ... poof - and replace the starter. And if you imagine a plane where everything works on electric motors? Well this is what expanse ... And they made an honest honest generator voltage regulator ... I do not remember whether he made the denial, but the prospects are bright looming ... should look. 6. Consumers. Use current as a function of its resistance and, depending on the supply voltage. But this simple resistor - lamps (even a powerful non-linear resistance of the filament is taken into account. Why? And just so as not to poke that physics is too simple ), heaters, etc. In complex consumers find that they use current roughly constant, then just cut down. We implemented K-14 voltage regulator (on it were the exact parameters), which powers its remarkable elektromagnitiki. But guns are heated not only heaters and fire. And cooling - the surrounding air. 7. Now the fun part - how it all combined. As sources, concurrent, may be somewhat (imagine there are LA, where two batteries connected in parallel, and also provided with individual switches), and more - batteries can be both sources and consumers, depending on their degree of depression and emf of the generator, a simple Ohm's law is necessary. Multiple nodes, so is it all as in circuit theory. Now one battery can start charging the other if they discharged separately, for example. And that the ammeter shows the current generator, does not mean that the battery is charging. It is possible that they both work for the whole bunch included consumers. Complicated? Normally. But all live their lives, sometimes malopredskazuemoy. Thank Olgerd'u, which integrated all this existed in the electrical system. EtherealN Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 The thing with "translating" posts is that not all of the staff have good english - and in many cases the posts are made as part of a discussion of some sort, wherefore crossposting is not as valuable. And I'll also point out that there is a lot of information that have come to the English sections first just by accident of where the discussion went.
