Please, try to update once again (using Update DCS World item from Start menu)

and if it fails again, post (or attach) Saved Games\Logs\autoupdate.log file.

 

Also, try disabling your antiviruses and firewalls before update attempt.

 

how I upload a file, its telling me invalid file. the only one I see is this one that I cant open:

 

autoupdate.log.old the other one is:

autoupdate but is a text doc. and have nothing on it??????????????????????

 

Im downloading via torrent but I dont whant to do a fresh install again. If I do whats the correct way to do it again? I have also installed Ka-50 the first one. Do I have to delete this to???

For a fresh install I erase everything evn the sav games files. Do I need to erase Blackshark the first one(game) Blackshark 1??? I download all the files and still have problems for install some bazaar files

Here it is hopefully is the files.

 

You said you always get "inflate: (429496723) incorrect data check", but the log says "can't read file: unknown error".

So, you seem tp get random errors - something is wrong with your system. Either it's a faulting hardware, an antivirus or a write-protected temp directory.

Is there any news on where to from here for DCS? I was wondering what was coming next. there's lots of news on 1.2.3 being released. Is there a 1.2.4 coming with any confirmed new features or fixes?

 

Or is everyone at ED taking a breather after 1.2.3 regression testing?

Well my plane has them. Look at your Lights Control Panel, you'll see a switch called Position. Flip that up to have your position lights flash. There are also Anti-Collision strobe lights that have a switch next to the one just mentioned, turn that on to flash away. Oh yeah, make sure your pinky switch (on throttle) is postioned aft, not middle or forward, otherwise it will override your Lights Control Panel settings.

Yes well thank you for the answer.But i'm aware that no key is assigned.I was wondering why is it so hard to "assign a key" while the function is there.Doesn't it sound weird? AI has strobe lights user not!I can understand AI has LITENING pod and user has not.Must be really hard work to implement such a thing.But lights? That i don't get it.. Really.It's not big deal but kinda missing realism.Don't you think?
