Hi all, little problem here. 1st I downloaded the "MoreVisability MOD" installed it using JSGME,, downloaded Mustangs "graphics.lua" to accommodate that mod (backed up original) all worked well, did some bench marking to test the FPS hits etc. All was as expected. I then disabled that mod in JSGME, and re-implemented my original "graphics.lua.

 

I then downloaded this latest FX Shader Mod, installed via the Bazar & Config files for use with JSGME and enabled it via JSGME,, well,, no difference at all,, mod did not work, so I disabled it in JSGME and did the manual install of the Bazar & Config files in DCS World and allowed overwrite,,,, still does nothing,,, no differences in sky, framerates etc? I used the same scenes from missions I always do for benchmarking so all tests are referenced equally. What am I missing here?

Forgive my ignorance, but Im not aware of any "options" for the FX Shader Mod,, the readme for the FX shader mod simply states to install and overwrite the bazar & config files. Keep in mind im not talking about the use of the MoreVisability mod (which I disabled), unless the fx shader mod only works in conjunction with the visibility mod???

final? Is it due to 2.0's approaching?

 

I sure hope that is the case!

I guess we all know that Mustangs Mod is obsolete with DCS 2.0, but hey...Mustang I just want to thank you...your mod made DCS 1.x so much better. So I am really looking forward what you can do with DCS 2.0:thumbup: Thanks again!!!

I highly doubt it, i imagine he can improve 2.0 when it comes out, same goes for texture mods and all the sound mods that will come out.

Agreed, Mustang will continue to make DCS look better for us, even after 2.0 is live.

New version needed, as the last one is not compatible with 1.2.15. It simply breakes tower radio frequencies needed for MiG-15. It literaly makes them dissapear.

same here, once unloaded, radio comm of mig15 returns

 

here is a quick fix:

replace env_mod v5.69/Bazar/Terrain/terrain.cfg.lua by attached one

no shadow for clouds on the sea with this version v5.70.

also on my computer the luminosity is bigger .
