Если нечего сказать то отвечать не надо. Раз непонятно, объясняю. ЕД и многие люди считают что СПО глушится собственной РЛС. Это противоречит книге по СУО, инструкции по обслуживанию СПО, схемам самой РЛС итд. В случае если исправная\правильно используемая совокупность систем борта работает нормально мы сможем доказать что СПО может работать с включенной РЛС. Мы знаем что СПО получает сигнал на запирание, никогда не получает сигнал на открытие, то есть запираться она должна только пока идет запирающий сигнал, плюс возможно своя какая-то внутренняя латентность. Сигнал используемый в ТЭЧ для проверки цепи бланкирования имеет частоту 500 килогерц. Частота повторения импульсов Н019 в ВЧП, предположительно, 160 килогерц то есть СПО должна с ним справиться если её проверяют на 500. На схеме РЛС линия бланкирования идет как "разовая команда", но аналоговая. Внимание вопрос. От того как выглядит сигнал бланкирования у исправной системы в реале, зависит что будет с СПО-15 при включении собственной РЛС. Будет показывать собственную РЛС всегда\иногда, будет заглушена все время, будет работать как в ГС3 иногда пропуская глюки - куча вариантов. По блок схемам мы знаем что РЛС подает на СПО сигнал. Надо выяснить как он выглядит. Это "1" пока включена РЛС, или сигнал на каждый импульс работы РЛС, или сигнал зависящий от импульса РЛС но проходящий цепь логики которая может сбиться с синхрона в определенных условиях?

Yeah, same here ... The plane is amazing, and as I'm learning it step by step, I'm loving it ever more. Bugs happens, it's not a big deal, they'll get fixed. The most weird thing for me was how docile it is ... I was able to land it on the first try ... And I'm not so good. The radar is weird, it won't lock anything , the aircraft is an aerodynamic marvel with a crap electronic system and a HUD that is like an embrional idea of a hud. and that's amazing! Well, yeah, I'm still fighting to lock anything that tries to avoid me, but I really like it.

Even though the game might work fine for others, that does not necessarily mean it is running properly for everyone. Unfortunately, after completely removing all mods and launching the game in a clean state, the issues persist. From the moment I double-click the desktop shortcut until the launcher appears, the process takes an unusually long time. Once inside the game, performance degradation is clearly noticeable, with stuttering and reduced responsiveness. This indicates that the problem is not mod-related but rather seems to be tied to the game itself after the latest update.

Have you tried this? All flight axis back to normal/default. In the controls settings click the Moza column, then click the FBB tune button on the bottom. Then check the Y axis reverse checkbox. Cheers!

Here are the conditions to get the empty bracket. Uncheck the MiG-29 in the NS430 special options, but enable the NS430 for the Fulcrum in the ME. So if a server is running a mission with the NS430 enabled, you'll get the empty bracket, unless you disable the NS430 module. Could I simply be trying to disable the NS430 wrong? -Ryan NS430.trk

Interesting! I just watched a video about Beyond ATC, but it’s not entirely clear to me how they handle it technically. The underlying logic is probably still scripted. Placing an LLM between DCS logic and the text output could, however, add some useful functionality. Not strictly necessary for ATC, but for communicating with an AI backseater/RIO/Wizzo or C2/AWACS it could make a big difference. Yes, I’ve considered the economic hurdles, but please note: the STT/TTS components are open-source, proven, and reliable. ED would mainly need to build a robust scripted system that covers as many situations as possible. That’s busy work, but not rocket science. After that, they could develop a stable API that optionally connects to either a locally hosted or a cloud-based LLM. The LLM part would remain optional. Players or server owners could do one of the following: run a model themselves (a modern 16-core CPU with 64 GB RAM can already handle a fast LLM alongside DCS) connect the API to a paid cloud-hosted service simply skip the LLM entirely and still enjoy high-quality, low-latency voice communications with AI in DCS through the scripted system -
A very strange problem. If you start the MiG in Cool and Dark mode and change the switch to Waypoint, it will always (on its own!) return to the airdrome as soon as you start to move. It also resets the RSBN channels, even though you set them before the flight. I tested on the Caucasus map and Germany, C&D, the same thing, so it seems to be a bigger issue. During this reset, the DCS also freezes briefly (microstutter), every now and then. A bit annoying. Track recorded in VR, Caucasus map. test3.trk

Может уже было, но при захвате врага РЛС кольцо захвата на ИЛС так и должно отсутствовать? Просто при переключении на ВПУ оно переходит на цель. Это особенность или будут дорабатывать?

Yeah, same for me. Also, could not find anything in the manual either ... Looks like gun CAN be used with the ventral tank. EDIT: Wait, is the small " later fixed in 9.12a jets" tag means that the cannon can be used in our varsion ( as it's like not the first version ? ) -

Remember none of these things fly any more, so I'll be happy with an aircraft, "That looks right, flies well." Anything after that is a bonus (IMHO). Hat's off for even trying. When it's ready, it's ready and don't frazzle yourself getting there. -

Great idea but just realize these things in other sims are paid subscriptions and have probably 10x the player base DCS has. Plus they only do ATC and not all the combat comms this game has. I can’t imagine ED would have the resources to do this. -
I'll try to reproduce. If I can, I'll send a track. Backstory: I was connected to a friend's server, and he did have the NS430 enabled in the mission. I can say that when the NS430 is not enabled in MP, the bracket and NS430 are removed. I dunno if that helps. Thanks! -Ryan

The questions that arise are solely the following: 1. Do the displays in the HUD actually work differently? If so: 2. Why should there be a different mode of operation depending on the orientation (vertical or horizontal)? I would like to have these questions answered, because these are the questions that are really important! What is the logic behind the RADAR alignment indicator being displayed in horizontal alignment with the nose of the aircraft, while the vertical alignment is displayed level with the altitude? What could be the reason for this? If the RADAR antenna indicator is actually supposed to show the alignment of the antenna with the object, the current vertical display would of course be incorrect. It doesn't make sense for that reason alone, as the pilot needs to be able to see when the RADAR will lose contact due to the angle to the object. This is currently not possible vertically. So what is the purpose of this cursor? If the answer is: “To be able to recognize in time when the tracked object will leave the maximum gimbal range!”, then the current display in the vertical range is >>incorrect<<! To recognize this, all it takes is simple logic, and nothing else!

Love that probe - and livery. Dad was flying these in the 80s. I hope we get a functioning probe at some point, knowing the USAF version was boom capable instead.
