  2. This all looks awesome! Do we have an update on the release date or any new screenshots?
  3. I mean without setting those binding in srs, others works just fine like f14,
  4. I have tried both versions of ATACMS (CM+HE) and placed Fire at Point actions with the target area well within max range but neither are firing at all?
  5. Hi, The DCS website says for the EA: Standard Russian new and weathered liveries in addition to Iraqi and Syrian schemes. My understanding is that only applies to the external model and not the cockpit. Because in the trial version I checked Options > Mi-24P > Special and there is only a dropdown menu with default or english cockpit. I was looking for a new factory cockpit...
  6. My suspicion simply is that the chinook did not sell es expected and now they are kind of abandoned it. When the real bad EA of the Viper happend, they said they learned from it and would never again launch a module in this early state they did with the Viper. But for me, the Chinook launch was even worse! And now almost no updates in a year, but Afghanistan, Iraq, Mig 29, F 35... Clearly the focus has drifted to quantity instead of quality, which is a shame... I bought a lot modules over the years and I always wanted to support ED, but recently I just don't think that's a good idea since I don't see that they are really taking care of their stuff. Maybe we are lucky now that the Viper came out of EA, but I hardly think so. So the Chinook together with Afghanistan were my last EA purchase from ED as long as I don't see any notable progress on the chinook.
  7. Running Tacview with multiple DCS server instances on the same user account via different writedirs (DCS_server.exe -w DCS.server1..N) currently results in all Tacview files from all instances being combined into a single folder. Is there a way to have Tacview store the files within the profile/instance/writedir folder, i.e., %USERPROFILE%/Saved Games/DCS.serverN/? The only configuration option I found so far is the following registry key: [HKCU\\SOFTWARE\\Raia Software Inc.] "TacviewExportPath"="C:\\\\DCS_configs\\\\Tacview\\\\" Being part of HKCU, it results in a combined folder for all instances/writedirs as described above. What do I need this for? I maintain a project to facilitate running the DCS dedicated server on Linux via Wine. It supports multiple server instances with separate writedirs. After manual installation, Tacview runs well with it and I'd like to streamline the admin experience by separating Tacview files per server instance to provide fine-grained remote file access on a per-instance basis. Setting the directory via environment variables or alternatively a variable in the Tacview scripts or autoexec.cfg would be an option for me. Basically, any way to do this in an automated fashion would suit me. Also, to facilitate server-side Tacview deployment, I'd like to install the Tacview hook scripts and DLLs automatically. Would you be open to that? It would need a straightforward access to the relevant files, short of downloading the ~1 GB installer exe and extracting the required files from it. Feel free to DM me on this matter to discuss details.
  8. End of course you have to assign Radio buttons in SRS too. In the Hornet I have a 4-way switch for COMM1, COMM2, MIDS 1 and MIDS 2. null
  9. Absolutely. Especially that the website states: Early Access manual Russian and English versions. At least an early version of the manual.
  10. For AAR DCS doesn't care if you open the refuel hatch 5 seconds or 5 minutes prior to starting the refuelling process no matter your external tank configuration. It will fill it up to your maximum capacity no matter what.
  11. I’ll try it when l’m home, I’m on my way back
  12. I suspect that in the real helicopter the yaw autopilot moves the pedals automatically if needed to maintain heading. I have it disabled as well, and I think it's only beneficial for us simmers if we have FFB pedals. Since most of us don't, it's best to leave it disabled to prevent problems.
  13. So there you have it... I am glad I am not the only one.... As already mentioned, I think I have found a temporary workaround to this issue, at least until ED notices this thread and hopefully fix this issue....... I have marked the file SnapViews.lua as "read only", and it seems to work with all my missions, and even in the training missions. Ever so astonished by ED not showing signs of life concerning this matter.....
  14. Hi, please share your DCS log, from Saved Games/DCS/Logs
  15. I suspect it's something like Auto Rudder. Something that's supposed to help, but actually just gets in the way. In every module where I have "Auto" associated with rudder, I immediately disable it.
  16. Double bug. Simple mission 2 flight F16 baddy taliban in afganistan, ordering the AI to attack it first refuses many times, finally it attacks and goes in guns gun, even though it has 4 GBU12s Even though this is a small simple mission with less than 100 units, the sniper pod tracking breaks, and on the track the pod is a very diffrent place than it was during the mission, I have no had this happen to Lantirn or lieting pod. 17. Hiya. Pimax did a recent update to their software that enables upscaling or sharpening natively. The settings in DCS also have options for upscaling and sharpening. Which one should I use? Or should I match both? Cheers.
  18. I'd love to see some retro liveries, as I'm sure many of us will also use the J as a stand-in for other older models, even if not strictly accurate.
  19. Absolutely. We do it all the time in "Into The Jungle". I think you may need to select start from ground.
  20. Been using the CH47 a lot lately while learning and pondered transferring cargo from one vessel to another using the same mission editor setup for ground based cargo, immediately I ran into the problem of depositing the cargo on another vessel but that cargo not being linked to the new home for that cargo, I wonder is it currently possible to re-link the cargo to the new vessel ?? or maybe we need a little update in the logic to allow such transportations between vessels to work correctly ? Quite cool transferring stock from one ship to another whilst on the move
  21. hello. i ecountered same problem with ffb. can you please explain what means "swap the axis"? in my situation it happens after dog fight.
  22. FWIW I have the same issue with F-16C. Snapviews are reset sometimes after a training mission.

  25. You talking about doing the death spiral in? If you are, like, 10,000ft or higher, call tower for a left or right spiral down for landing RWY XX. Tower clears you. Pitch it over and down aggressively to about a 55deg turn. You literally pull out of this thing at like 1,000AGL to line up for landing. This is typically done directly over the airfield with the last few spirals just ever so slightly extended out to help with line up with the runway. I've been in C-17's when they did this, C-130's as well. We've even done this in our UH-60's just for <profanity>s and giggles. It's a very weird feeling inside if you've never done anything like that before and of course the aircrew doesn't tell you when it's going to happen either.

В самом деле деле, ребята, дайте нам Лавочкина, наконец. Никаких же сил уже нет ждать )
  27. Disable any CPU managers. Keep your CPU at factory settings. Cap your framerates so your CPU doesn't choke on some frames here and there.
