  1. Past hour
  2. Eventually I did. I had to put on the right channel on the ICP Xmit Selector. Thanks for the response.
  4. Yeah saw it last night
  5. Why? The German Airforce is a NATO airforce, the fast jet pilots have been training in the USA since the 1960s, it has used US aircraft for a very long time, English is the international language in aviation, so naturally avionics in Geman AF aircraft are labeled in English.
  6. These frequencies are difficult to locate on maps, however, the Caucasus map is well-informed. I couldn't find any on the Afghanistan map. Will there be updates to these maps soon to allow use of the ARK-19? (Ideally by completing the airfield pop-up windows)
  7. There is interactive tutorial already present in DCS for Fulcrum. If you did not, try it. There are some tinny things present that were not covered in video tutorial from Wags. After this interactive tutorial I did not have any issues.
  8. The Polychop Discord is a ghost town but the general feels seem to be that it's pretty much all over. Any official buzz on this?
  9. Off topic (but light related), the sunlight reflection glint from the helmet mounted sight (when stowed) in the rear view mirror is very well done IMHO.
  10. I would think that laser scanning/photometry is more useful in situations when shape or dimensions are unknown, irregular, or difficult to obtain. That may be the case with the F18, but it would be surprising to me. I would think, you could do an accurate job by just measuring panels, curves, and distances within the cockpit.
  11. There is no light there, the space is occupied by antennas.
  12. Today
  13. @IvanK Do you know as a Beta-tester if the MIG-29A Fulcrum have some bug that results in bombs falling short? As far as I can see on youtube tutorials (Spudknocker, Grim Reapers etc) and by community members posts, all their bombs fall short. The same goes for me when I do bomb runs. Or is it due to not having enough dive-angle (or something else)?
  14. Thanks, I thought I could delete files created in the mission editor. I hadn't realized this was possible in the DTC editor.
  15. It works the same, with difference being that in Hind trim resets AP instantly, but in Mi-8 you have flight mechanic doing it over time via those wheels on the panel. You are using trim hat correctly. Secret to smooth flying with trim is to trim a lot.
  16. Any chance would you make this one? Thank you for sharing your work with the community, Awesome work!!!!!
  17. I really like the flightmodel of the Fulcrum, to the point is has now become my main airplane to fly. I don't know if 100% accurate reflect the real flightmodel, but i don't care, the MIG is so much fun. I feel connected to the MIG on a deep level, especially in VR. The lack of training missions is the only thing I am missing in this module.
  18. Getting to know the MiG-29, just mucking around, having fun. Tweaked a couple of my FC3 mig-29 liveries as a place holder till we get the templates. They work... kinda...sorta... Now all we need is a FF SU-25A....
  19. Works fine here. https://scramble.nl/
  20. Please correct me if I am wrong that HB has handed over to ED for the API implementation, but not sure that ED has made the change yet. Thanks.
  21. I tried but I didn't see any difference. Maybe I made a mistake in the installation, but even when I opened the edited texture in Gimp I don't see any difference from the original...
  22. Are mission 7 and 8 still gonna be a thing?
  23. If there's a digital version of God's work, you're doing it @bandit648!
  24. Huey’s dark fate continues. It is dying literally
  25. It’s insane, trying to perfect perfection. Each iteration just keeps showing that you DO do it though. Statics can only be appreciated up close and can be hidden behind things, a module can have ridiculous detail, yet you don’t really see it when more than a couple hundred feet from it - but Bandits weather - is front and Center in your face, and the level of realism bought by it just elevates the whole experience. It makes you want to undertake an a$$ numbing long duration flight, just to see the differences with distance. There are a few guys, whose work makes the DCS environment so much more. Bandit648 is way, way up that list.
