That doesn't look like it's coming from DCS. Were you running any other software besides DCS at the time of making that screenshot?

I have an old version of DCS-BIOS installed. The control ref flle says v0.7.49. Is this still compatible with the latest DCS version? I'm only interested in parameters for AJS37.

Indeed, the Belgian armed forces spared no effort in showing their disdain for the NH90 to anyone willing to listen: it was a huge scandal in our national media. They said it was so hilariously bad not a single thing about the entire helicopter was to their satisfaction - not even the floor of the troop cabin / cargo hold.

Brian Schul mentions this in his accounts of flying the SR71. From 90,000 ft he said that cockpit lighting had to be shutoff and soon his eyes adjusted and he could see all the cockpit gauges lit by starlight, his space suit illuminated by a celestial glow and outside the miklyway was bright stripe across the night sky and areas that usually looked black from the ground now filled with gleaming starts. Despite our incredible speed I felt motionless against the huge expanse of stars. Not sure how much 30k vs 90k makes a difference. Lights of any kind have always and still are the weakest link in the DCS visuals department. They have been improved from none to not great I hope they continue to make improvements.

ZEL was never really a thing with the F-104. I'd rather like to see the devs' resources spent on something more relevant to be honest...

I was really dissappointed with these Carrier landings today. I expected this to be a disaster. 3000lb bombs on and it didn't feel much different. Bit more MP maybe, but landings and T/O were straightforward. Real life you wouldn't be allowed to do this, but dropping them from level flight is barely noticable, so I thoght I'd give it a go. What gives? ..

I uninstalled them completely with Revo Uninstaller and installed the latest version and no more bug.

Since the last update I have found that sometimes after loading a mission some bindings don’t work, such as trims and wing fold/unfold - when I quit out of the mission and re-start all is well. Also, since the flight model update I find that the default aileron trim setting of 6 degrees right is best re-set to 0 degrees - no problem with that as long as you remember to set it to 0 before take-off. However, sometimes, wherever the aileron trim is set, I get an uncontrollable roll to the left. Again, if I re-start the mission all is well.

I don't, so far, but I will look harder next time I run DCS.

РВ Что нового ТОРа М2 что панциря очень плохо срабатывают ракеты буквально пролетают от них в метре и он не срабатывает. Так же у данных ЗРК почему то очень низкая точность. Пробовал менять им частоту РЛС,Колебания ракеты, время полета и т.д. Но ничего не помогло они буквально промахиваются по простой цели летящей в лоб. А не на пересекающем курсе. Причем в реале для них КР вообще не составляют каких то проблем Тест Панциря.miz

Do you guys also notice the graphical glitch that I mention in my post above, which is a demarkation of the high resolution box ? It is only visible in some viewing angles, most prominent when looking down in the cockpit when the lighting is darker.

Someone knows how bad are ED in optimizing the scenery and now he/she is looking for testing an RTX 6090 or even RTX 7090 I guess.

Yeah the primary issue with doing it in reshade vs having the game engine do it is the values have already been crushed by the game engine by the time they go out to the render display. So while reshade can brighten the image it cannot bring back the lost detail due to the crushing. This means you will get banding. This becomes especially bad if the brightness of the displays is turned down for nighttime. For external displays the optimal solution is to receive a proper SDR image with no brightness adjustments applied. This is because the lighting conditions in the game and real life differ and thus the needed brightnesses also differ.

I did an air start, carrier landing, take off, then another landing, about 6 mins later, then the engine seized. I new exactly what had happened. I had forgotten to open oil flap and the oil temp was over limit. Crack this at the cowl flap check and this will never happen. I guess that after the relatively high cooling speed during descent, the speed drop to below 100 mph and MP around 30, will increase the temp and seize the engint, because of low air flow. ..

nullHave I done something wrong? Performance looks good though! I'm getting 70 FPS even sitting in a crowded airbase in Syria with supersampling at 150%. 4080/9800X3d/64Gb at 6000MT/s As I climb I see that I'm GPU limited instead of CPU limited (I was always CPU limited in the past)

Why don't someone make it as a flyable model and then to see how 'good' will be yet another WWII era plane when so many people crave for Grippen and Eurofighter as long as F-35?

The bare minimum they could make it as in MP mode where all the messages could be reviewed on the screen while flying.
