  2. Can you please check this again on my mission? If it works for you, the error must be mine. petrovich.miz
  3. Extremely rare. Cant even remember the last time I heard about a jet doing it with fuel tanks. I've seen more accidental jettisons of TERs than with fuel tanks on purpose. Even during emergencies it is pretty rare. Usually has to be a very dire situation like theyre too far out to glide that long with tanks on. Lots of factors have to come together, outside of combat, for jettisons to happen.
  4. If the above option does not solve it then you have some other problem - probably a mod.
  5. Same issue , unfortunately no track. I can designate a few emittors , than the cursor stops selecting sources
  6. @RogueSpecterGaming I'm wondering, and since you know from 1st hand how this goes IRL, how othen do they jettison external fuel tanks, if ever? Specially now days when there is practically no dog fights any more.
  7. Ive hidden some posts here. please remember to treat everyone with respect if you are going to post here, posts that are insulting will be hidden and a warning will be given. The rules can be found at the top of the forum and apply to everyone. Thank you
  8. Thanks pal. but my main problem is the rwr sound isn't as it was
  9. That is your choice, pal Basically it's an "easy mode" to help you with SA. Turn it off if you go for realistic experience.
  10. OK.Thank you.Working on it
  11. I haven’t done this. I change things globally each time But check this out, is this the solution? At about 3:35 into the video: Otherwise an excellent video. I followed it, and my DCS has never before been so smooth - even with my less demanding headsets. Only thing I changed was to go for 72 hz so that could bump things up even more and still hit the target fps.
  12. There is a setting in the DCS menu somewhere that’s a leftover from the LOMAC days, that basically does what you describe. It doesn’t really have anything to do with Su-27, nor with SPO-15 since Flaming Cliffs has extremely simplified systems modelling. I don’t know off the top of my head how it’s called (I don’t use it), but there are tooltips explaining every setting so that way you can find it. I'll have a look later when I’m on my PC.
  14. Today
  15. Yeah, thats kind of the point. Honestly its rediculous that you need tons of additional software to make DCS run smoothly. SRS, openkneeboard, viacom, tacview, voice attack, you name it. I feel like it should be EDs interest to implement such thinks in their core system. We will see if they take it on the wishlist.
  16. It's an issue with DCS : AI helos takeoff are unreliable. I've had the same problems! Sometimes, all aircraft take off normally from the runway, but other times, the AI just goes completely wild. I’ve sent a message to ED (Eagle Dynamics) so they can fix this issue.
  17. Missing buttons/switches/covers commands listed here a few months ago should be added to the next core update. Hi Benou! While we're at it, are there other axes needed?
  18. Newbie pilot here.I wonder why my spo-15 isn't beep beep like before. It's now a female yelling missile even though i had my avionic language set on native. 2025-08-05 14-20-17.remuxed.mp4 The old sound i was looking for (does the game version effect that idk) off topic. did Ed change the sound of su25T?
  19. Preordered because it looks beautiful and it’s different! I hope this paves the path towards a B-1B lancer module
  20. I think that logistically it would be unprofitable, because as you probably know that the "pilot body" in DCS ... does not have a head, so it could be anyone, even your neighbor. Great example is F-15E pilot: but generally, many modules have this option, so it can be assumed that it's a standard. Someone even created a list like this (modules which support pilot body): https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DGWUBC1c5I_gvIcePGU8s3yF5ALC51YF78j-F-qvhq8/edit?pli=1&tab=t.0#heading=h.r9rq9ronzd51 btw. of course the CH-47 has this option as well as a co-pilot.
  21. Have you ever tried using Nvidia Profile Inspector to try enabling DLSS without DLAA being applied? NVPI has a whole metic buttload of different options for configuring the graphics driver, much more than what you can get from NVCP. AD
  22. Every Mi-24 manual I have e read says keep it in MK unless above 70 degrees latitude or around magnetic anomalies. Mi-8 is a little different. That’s all.
  23. I agree, it's a good idea. In the options, there should be options to bind the throttle to all left engines, all right engines, each engine separately, and all engine together (the same propellers and mixture if they exist here). That would make sense. I use the Warthog throttle, where the throttles are split into two, and I use FSUPIC in MSFS, where I can bind a single throttle to all left and right engines together (in multi-engine aircraft), which makes engine management much easier. I hope the developers follow this approach. +1.
  24. Nevermind, I tested the track and it doesn’t work at all. I get an error. Something about an unexpected end of the data. Another bug. It’s either because it’s too big of a file or I named it too long? This has happened before. I’ll try to remember to upload another one if it happens again, but I’m using the HMD now to select targets so not likely.
  25. I can't visualize that, in my head, without a cartoon "SPROING!" sound effect.
  26. Back in the day on Aces High some of the best Corsair sticks would use them in turn fights on the deck. Not only to get speed down to bring the wonder flaps into play, but if you pull too hard, stalled it, and hit the deck you MIGHT bounce back up again, lol (I actually did see a guy do that).
