Indeed, I like Gvad's videos but his latest one about MiG-29 smelled very off to me

I figured out one problem it was a conflicted mod. I fixed that but man without that repo available things that should be straight forward even your own documentation crash or cause all sorts of bugs when trying to implement something as trivial as speed call outs. Constant stack traces disables functionality. It shouldn't be this difficult for jester to repeat a value from a gauge or source like IAS. I do want to thank you for you help in walking me through the possible issues at least we got mods loading! That's progress.

Требуется. Про это написано, что на втором этапе реализуется полуактивное самонаведение, то есть ракета сама корректирует полёт используя отражённый от цели сигнал самолётной РЛС. Не требуется именно радиокорекция, то есть самолёт больше не корректирует полёт ракеты.

No, it very much is this topic. Regardless of whether we are using a toggle or held....this Mig-29 does not allow you to lock a target with the gun safety OFF. That's insane.

I used to run it as administrator because many sources recommended it too. Later I was advised not to as it's no longer needed (and can now create issues), so I stopped - with no negative issues. It seems running DCS as admin was more of an old practice and as a common workaround to who knows what issues, and the current best practice is not to do so. (Really, it probably never should have been recommended in the first place.) Definitely give it a go. It may not fix it, but it would be good to do as a test, and also to start migrating that way anyway.

Da gibt es von Modul zu Modul große Unterschiede. Bei einigen Modulen überstrahlen die Positionslichter sehr stark und sind auch aus großer Distanz noch Sichtbar, bei anderen hingegen ist das komplette Gegenteil der Fall.

I have a feeling that no missiles are reching the base, any chance you saved a track or at least some missiln results? Missiles getting close to the base will trigger the dialogue with the improvised runway and the conditions to end the mission. Taking down 9 bombers is a tad unrealistic with your loadout.

Actually he sure can (when dealing with real people) which should be simulated by having this type of command.

I think I may have found the culprit. I still need to test it, but I believe it could be a cheap USB cable that I used for the Throttle unit. Looks like it was disconnecting and causing issues with the hot plug. Again, this is just a guess, but I've bought a better quality one that arrives today and I'll test the mission again with it.

Well, Dassault has licensed third party studio AzurPoly to make the Rafale for MSFS which they are currently working on: https://azurpolygroup.com/ What that means for DCS is anyone's guess.
