I imagine it might be user error but ... 1) Can't get the Ekran to test and work. Says Ekran fail on the main Ekran screen. 2) I've only once got the CAY / AFCS to work and thereby activate the Damper. Works fine in Autostart. I think I'm doing the same thing each time?

Could you include a track of both issues?

Is anyone else having trouble getting the axis controls to work from cold and dark? Everything works fine from a hot start or airborne, but no axis controls work from cold and dark. Plus I cannot seem to shut down the engines from a hot start.

I have once got it to work but only once, and I can't tell how/why.

Been flying the Mig now for probably a total of 1.5 hours, at least 6 different flights, restarted DCS at least 3 times. Logbook time still shows zeroes on everything. Really enjoying the plane so far. Well done.

This is normal for low to medium altitude and medium to high speeds, and is made worse the higher your engine setting It just has low negative elevator deflection, stick moves half as far away from you as towards you. The manual has many warnings that with enough weight on wings, you might not be able to full stop pitch up with stick. And that increasing throttle causes pitch up. So when it happens, decrease throttle, hold trim, or slow down

Yes in reality, roll is much weaker then pitch, by about 50%

Is anyone else having a problem with not having any negative elevator authority? I can barely get the thing to put it's nose down. Stick is showing shoved full forward and It's barely lowering it's nose. Seems worse at higher speeds, but it's doing it at all speeds. Am I missing an automatic setting somewhere? Also trim controls don't seem to be working correctly with Force Feedback sticks. I can see that I am pushing the trim hat forward on the virtual stick, but I'm feeling the forces trim right. Took me forever to be able to get the stick centered with the controls crossed. It feels like the forces might be rotated 90 degrees? Sidewinder FF 2

Being able to carry the ER makes this 29A a little better. I was thinking it it only carried the R, that would have def hurt it against 120 eqipped enemies. I'm happy to see that people will be flying this online now. Most of the time all you ever see is 16's, 18's and a few 15's and jif's.

Did you set Avionics to English as well? Can you include a track? Thanks

Agreed, would be nice to pick avionics language and aircraft units in the special options tab in the ME per aircraft rather than across the entirety of DCS.

Thanks a ton ED for 3 absolutely phenomenal additions in this update (Mig-29/PRMG & RSBN Units/R-27 Updates), these are all obviously major steps forward for DCS! If you guys still have the steam to cook-up a few more desperately needed units an ILS, TACAN, ICLS set of vehicles would be fantastic additions as well (especially for the Hornet/Tomcat which obviously can't use an ILS anyway)! Adding an FCLP Box with a land based IFOLS system would be the absolute cherry on top!

Today's update fixed it. Programs 5 and 6 are back to normal.

This was using the out-of-the-box ED flight model. The only mods we used was our custom livery and a few of the other airshow aircraft

Thanks that you have interests to my works. I want to adjust each windows and doors' Height X Width sizes in the texture , also move their positions Front/Rear or Up/Down for better fitting to airlines' photos. Any handle cut lines and caution labels have to redraw. Panel lines / weathering layers are also to be retouch. I need more than 1 year for those complex tasks and I was tired to continue once. I'll retry DC-10 again , but I cannot promise until when about publishing.

You can reduce the space required for the update if you uninstall the maps that got updated -> update the sim -> install the maps again after.

В англоязычной части форума самолёт принят горячо положительно. Пишут FFB управление работает сразу как надо. Кстати, анимация тормозного парашюта выглядит весьма неплохо и свежо. Может, немного не хватает мелких колебаний и деталей анимации при отцепке только если. Но круто в целом. Игровой возврат триммеров в центр достаточно плавный. Работа амортизаторов шасси тоже вопросов не вызывает. Один раз не загорелась индикация выпущенного положения носовой стойки. Не понял, что это было, при посадке не сложилась))) Колебания автопилота по крену на скорости 600+ описаны в патч-ноуте, будем ждать правок.
