I have a 9800X3D with a 4070 and it's fine. Lots of 9800X3D's in use for DCS so it's likely something with your particular combination.

Makes sense, I don’t think they (designers) really expected you to lock beyond 10 km with those modes. My sources just don’t say anything about it likely because they felt it unnecessary.

Could be anything, and something simple, can you please attach your DCS log file after replicating the problem.

Can you post your DCS log file at least, like everybody else who comes here for help? If you're worried about identifiable info in it just find'n'replace your username in the file.

yup, you're absolutely right! It's a server/mission setting.. why.. sigh.. anyhoo, thank you for looking into it, I thought I was going mad :D

And it will be fixed in the next core update.

All mods removed and a new saved games folder created. Once I got back it it seemed as if it would work but started lagging again after about 15-20sec

Did you get the mission conplete message? If yes then you did finish all checklists. the debrief comes on a few seconds after you turn off the engine switches

в некоторых полках была такая практика) Днём взлетали с рулёжными фарами, что бы посадочные не "Жечь" тк у них вроде ресурс меньше чем у рулёжной. Правда это было уже на 9-13, где рулёжная тоже гаснет при уборке левой стойки шасси.

If you would have read the thread you would know why that isn't an option for DCS yet:

What method did you use to add new weapons @VictorDavion @JGi - Quéton 1-1? Did you edit the loadout presets or did you edit the lua file of the Mig-29 directly? And what weapons did you try to add? I'm thinking of modding the weapons of the fulcrum, but wanted to see what others tried first.

This you should change. DCS does not like this.

Search for : Services, then go down the list and look for Power. Double click on it, and it will show Startup Type. In the dropdown list, there is an option that says Disabled. Win 11

Set it to disabled, and then reboot.
