Ich glaube hier liegt ein Missverständniss vor. Die Zahl VOR dem Schrägstrich zeigt nicht den Alignment-Status an, sondern ist lediglich ein Timer der die Zeit mitzählt. Steht da 2.6, heißt das nur, dass das Alignment seit 2,6 Minuten läuft. Über den Status sagt das aber nichts aus. Der eigentliche Alignment-Status steht hinter dem Schrägstrich und erst wenn dieser auf 10 heruntergezählt hat ist das Alignment durch und RDY blinkt.

Hi, Fist of all, thanks for these nice additions to the default map. Is it possible to have an idea of the future locations that will be added? That's in order to avoid duplicating efforts, since as you can see in user files, all the member's static templates try to recreated similar layouts with existing static objects. Also, there' a discrepancy between real name and what what's on the game map for COP Deysie that appears as FOB Daysie in game (it's actually a COP as announced and there's a spelling mistake). Hello, I found a strange bug: Since the last DCS update Japanese WWII ground units (and only those) disappear after destruction. Dead static objects of the same ground unit types placed on a map are not visible after loading the mission. Track file of a demonstration mission is attached (Combined Arms is needed), a short (cutted) video can be found here: To be sure it isn't an impact by some mod or script I did a cleanup and a repair with "check all files" and "search for files after repair" and started DCS with a virgin Saved Games folder. In dcs.log appear the following lines: 2025-08-18 16:55:04.018 ERROR TRANSPORT (Main): ShapeTable shape not found TYPE_89_I_GO_DESTROYED 2025-08-18 16:55:04.020 ERROR TRANSPORT (Main): ShapeTable shape not found TYPE_98_KE_NI_DESTROYED 2025-08-18 16:55:04.022 ERROR TRANSPORT (Main): ShapeTable shape not found TYPE_94_TRUCK_DESTROYED Japanes units disappear after destruction.trk

I already did all these things (and I also wrote it) someone should do if he is facing a bug. I used a virgin Saved Games folder, removed all mods from core, did a cleanup and repair with "check all files" and "search for files after repair". The destroyed japanese units/static objects are definitively gone since the last DCS update. Before, they were there (I played the same mission before and after the update). Yeah, maybe you're right. But they came with the Corsair, so it is a little difficult to decide to what topic the bug report belongs to.

Campaign was excellent hopefully one day Afghanistan mi8. The new map amplifies good plot and acting for best impression.

There's no other module that will give you the Harrier vibe, which sits at a very sweet spot with it's PGM capabilities and the VSTOL capabilities while being limited to non-radar shennanigans. "Going in" with the Harrier at night at low level after taking off from an entirely too small boat and tanking is a lot of fun and no other module can offer that. The upcoming F1M will have pretty much Mirage 2000C RDI AG capabilities and somewhat similar AA capabilities (with less performance and a pulse radar, once that is implemented). The F1 won't have self-contained PGMs (all you got is LGBs anyway), but bringing a buddy in a different module sometimes is half the fun anyway. The F-14 and F-4 will also get you very far downrange in terms of fun and capabilities, but you'll also need to bring a buddy - this time occupying the other seat. Jester is okay'ish, but both modules only really shine with a signifigant other... I'm biased towards the F1, but keep in mind it'll offer four aircraft in one package, which no other module so far does.

Pimax are supposedly going to sell the Dream Air SE as of 2026. That is apparently small, Micro oled lenses, eye tracking and a DPMI connection. Might be interesting

As far as I was aware no WW2 Japanese assets have officially been released yet. If these then are unofficial mods you will garner no support from ED as third party unofficial mods and any issues there with are not their responsibility. My mistake, I had forgotten a selection of IJA ground units had been included. First, remove any unofficial mods and run a repair then test if the issue still exists. If it does then I would not post in this Bugs and Problems thread as this is for issues with the map itself; I would find either the Bugs and Problems thread for AI units under the DCS 2.9 section or try the similar store as under the WW2 Assets Pack sub forum.

Nothing that you haven‘t heard of already, I guess… At least nothing to my knowledge. Interestingly, I went a very similar route: I came from the G2 to the Quest Pro, tried the Pimax Crystal, but still prefer the QPro for the overall better experience. The only thing it is lacking really, is resolution. I would be super hyped for a Quest 4 or Quest Pro 2, but that won‘t happen before 2027 as far as rumors go. Rumors about a new Valve Headset (Deckard)are circulating for years now already without any substantial news. Eyeballing the Bigscreen Beyond 2e, but the Lighthouse tracking is a bit if a turn off…besides the pricepoint…

Hey @KENNY1988 Yes, was made aware of it yesterday. Looks like a new DCS vehicle tracking bug. Have reported it and fixed it my end also. Will be in next update. Thanks for letting me know. Hope it hasn’t impacted any other missions.
