  1. That´s the ground effect. The burble effect is in the back of the boat (a few feet from the Rundown) not in the wires.
  2. No prob, glad i could help in some sort. Greetings from Portugal! Stay safe and enjoy.
  3. The brake opened on final makes the engines RPM go up. it´s done for a quicker response from the engines while landing as already stated.
  4. Time framing is often missed. I have more or less the same fps in VR but smoother, my frame times are lower (better).
  5. Those pylons are just for the ext fuel thanks. In the latest version you have a script (outboard.cmd file) so you can use the legacy pylons or the Superhornet pylons config.
  6. Check the Frame Timing for both MT vs Single Thread.
  7. I use this mod and probably the same used by the op:
  8. Yes, i wish we could edit statics with loadout etc but this is done with Units and not Statics. When you need to know which arguments you want to edit, just open DCS modelviewer, load a aircraft model you want (ex: file fa-18c.EDM), open the arguments menu and move each one so you can find what you need and then you can add arguments to your liveries. As example i use arguments in some Hornet liveries so when i place them to populate an airbase they will have the canopy open.
  9. Ah got it. Well, sooner or later it will happen to me too. Not being able to postpone it it´s a bummer. Let´s see how it will be on my side when time comes. The installation (167 GB or something) took me around 2 hours. "And to take a break from bombs and from military stuff"... first thing i did with MSFS? searched and downloaded military AFB´s and military liveries
  10. I bought MSFS a week ago and i´m loving it no issues with loading times (more or less like DCS in my case) but i know that experience may vary. It´s great to learn new things, to practice and to take a break from bombs and from military stuff. So far so good i already downloaded some AFB´s, scenery, airports, liveries, etc.
  11. Yeah was something like that... gave me nightmares until today So, nowadays no game takes too long to load for me
  12. The Force IPD Distance changes the world scale. I have mine set 55 or 56 for the Hornet/Viper, higher numbers make the world and cockpit smaller (default i think is 63).
  13. Thank you for sharing. Going to test tomorrow. I don´t fly MP anymore since i quit the virtual squadron i was on, so, no problems for me. I will use Ovgme to enable this. Thank you again!
  14. This is awesome! i used to have an edited .lua for something similar (to park on the fantail and bow rows) but no longer works. Eager to try this on my missions! Thank you and keep up!
  15. Indeed. Especially when i´m upset because sometimes games take too long to load (+- 10 secs) and then i recall back then when i must wait about 25 minutes for the tape load the game in my Timex 2068 and then show me the most common error: Load Type Error.... and i start the process all over again...
  16. I forgot to mention that i use your script too! Awesome script indeed! and thank you! Fagulha aka Fonzie
  17. Indeed! It´s an awesome asset! i use the Growler with the Skynet IADS script, the AI F-18E tanker as recovery tanker for my carrier ops, fly and bombing with the E or the F version, i´m really enjoying it.
  18. I use Ovgme to enable textures in my ordenance, but you can copy the weapon liverie to one aircraft liverie of your choice (and add the .lua file description) but as soon they leave the aircraft they change to default. There´s no other way, it´s hardcoded by ED.
  19. I started with A.C.E. in my Timex 2068 with a monochromatic display, just black and green. I can say we´ve come a long way in simulation
