Has the A-10C II soundset been updated recently? Idle engine on ground in cockpit sounds different/better.

This pertains to to the latest 2.9 OB hotfix. I have been flying single player missions with a flight of four A-10C II’s, three obviously being ai. When I locate, for example, a platoon of tanks while searching a killbox with the TGP, I’ll set the group of tanks as SPI. I’ll pull up my comms menu, select ‘Flight’ then ‘Attack with’ ‘Armor’ ‘Missile’ ‘From my SPI’. Here have been my results: IF the flight even responds, they will all acknowledge, followed by flying around aimlessly for 5-10 minutes, then, after several repeated calls of targeting the tanks, they will each take turns targeting the same tank I set as SPI. I would think the flight members would sort all the tanks in the group? If not, how can I have the flight sort targets? Another issue is with AI use of CBU-105s. When Ai drop CBU-105s, they do so many times than not about 50 meters away from the target. Are there known issues with Ai completing simple tasks such as being told to attack armor, etc? I did not attach a track because these issues are easy to replicate.

Looking to dive into livery editing. I noticed some amazing squadron decals on many liveries, is there an open source decal library out there? Or are many developers just creating them from scratch?

Excellent livery as usual. Do you have any other A-10C II projects in the works? Would love to see the ANG’s 190th FS “Skull bangers” out of Boise!

Is the A-10C II version of this campaign working in the current DCS 2.8 without having to edit triggers, etc.?

Apache Hunting ground is good. I oved the A-10C II slots to Incirlik, added some AI SEAD/Weasel flights and had lots of fun

Which type of coordinates is this?

I noticed whatever the wind direction and speed, DCS AI ATC designate runway 08 as the active. Even with a 30 knot tailwind.

I believe the Airspeed Indicator is tied directly to the pitot-static system, and the HUD airspeed comes from the Air-Data Computer (ADC). I flew a plane at work the other day that has two analogue air speed indicators, and a PFD airspeed indicator. There was about a 12-knot difference between all 3 lol.

Got it fixed, Hyper threading was off in BIOS, now it is on. CPU at 35-40% GPU>95%.

Applied to MT and non MT. I have a relatively higher end system, and noticed in the Syria map I was getting intermittent stuttering and erratic FPS (persistently unstable +/-15 FPS. I did some quick trouble shooting and noticed DCS had my CPU running at 100%. Literally at peak temps even with water cooling, hot enough to where my office warmed to 80 degrees lol. So, I assumed this was just the Syria map, however this is indeed happening on other maps as well. No ai, just a cold and dark jet on an empty map, CPU always at 100%. I have an 8700K at 5.3GHz, 32GB RAM, and a 3090 RTX. Is this a known issue?

I know this is bug is known to the team however I’m noticing performance issues too. Both MT & non-MT. CPU usage at 100%, memory 89% (32GB), GPU 100% (3090 RTX). Preload radius set to 35300, visibility range high.

Map looks amazing! However, CPU usage at 100%, memory at 90%, GPU at 100%. Not sure if there is an issue. 8700K @ 5.3GHz, 32GB Ram, 3090 RTX. Preload radius set to 65300, visibility range high.

No answers here, is there a clear answer on calculating page file size?

32 GB. My motherboard can only take 32 GB. Should I set the pagefile? System managed or manual? This was my previous setting:

After using this trick successfully for months, it appears this is now the cause of most of my performance issues and intermittent stutters. I have now turned on power management in Windows services, set windows power to ultra, and set no page file under virtual memory. Things smooth now. Further testing needed to confirm, however I'm guessing this is due to multiple Windows 10 updates since, as well as MT in DCS, as well as multiple major OB updates.

I updated your firmware to the upgraded TM TDC (2022+ throttles), it has a faster and smoother slew rate. Thanks!

I I damaged my last throttle trying to add a lever extension mod. Ordered a new one. The new one has the updated TDC. Can I use the Delta fast slew firmware in the newest TM TDC?
