  1. I have the same problem. Nothing "Straight" about the course of Autopilot Happy Simming, Monnie
  2. I bought both the UH-1H and the Mi-8 MTV for Human Co-op Multiplayer Multicrew Strange, they have time to post on that forum but, not single comment here on the forum they are an ED partner of. They posted this HERE. That Forum Account only has 1 post. What do they consider as new effort of community communication?
  3. Hello Everyone, My update from 2.1.1.11317.285 to 2.1.1.11762.287 was 348.7MBytes What is D-Box exactly? Happy Simming, Monnie
  4. Hello Everyone, Has anyone acknowledged this thread from Eagle Dynamics? Should one of us make a support ticket at Eagle Dynamics?( I will if no one else feels they want to) I just made a quick mission to test in NTTR latest (2.1.1.11317.285) and it seems to still be a problem. Happy Simming, Monnie
  5. Hello Everyone, Will we ever get Winter snow on Mount Charleston?
  6. When part of the avionics/sensor suite of a "Combat" aircraft is neutered in a simulation, it becomes nothing more than pretty switches and dials. Not the tool which the real pilots , ie the NAVFLIR, use to complete "Combat" mission objectives. If someone wanted neutered avionics/senors suites, get Flaming Cliffs. I could fully understand if a part of avionics/ senors suite was still classified that some limitations would be present. When a 3rd Party Developer is limited by the platform which they are developing for, time for the platform to get updated. Where does this "compromise" end? Few things said over the years. AI can not have higher fidelity flight models (AFM): CPU cycles/poor frame rates Advanced damage modelling for all air frames: CPU cycles/poor frame rates IR/FLIR problems(which many air frames use including the new F\A-18C) since beta A-10C: CPU cycles/poor frame rates/total rework of maps/objects Until we use the processing power now available(all new processors are multicore) the single threaded platform/with one thread for sound is going to be limited in CPU cycles. Where is the "Can Do" mentality versus the "You have to settle for less"? I congratulate as well as respect RAZBAM for making a wonderful AV-8B N/A but sorry, will not purchase any new moduels/terrains until the platform matures to what is needed for Combat operations. Happy Simming
  7. Baz000 Please try this: Go to nVidia control panel Manage 3D Settings Top Tab "Global Settings"(This will apply to everything 3D) If you set up Digital Comabt Simulator: Black Shark (DCS.EXE) in "Program Setting" Top Tab, make sure it says "Global Setting" or change to the values below There are Four settings for Texture filtering, assign as following: Texture Filtering - Anisotropic Sample Optimization: OFF Texture Filtering - Negative LOD Bias : CLAMP Texture Filtering - Quality: HIGH QUALITY Texture Filtering - Trilinear Optimization: OFF( When you select "High Quality" this is automatically disabled but still make sure set to off) Happy Simming, Monnie
  8. Gentlemen, I found a nice site to calculate/convert the pressures and thought I would share. Have fun  Aviation Calculations & Conversions by Joachim K. Hochwarth
  9. Biller, How does this technique play with Deferred Shading/Deferred Lighting and Transparencies? Is the Unreal editor openGL based? Thank you, Monnie
  10. DanielNL, See this post by c0ff: If you pay for uploads: how to disabling seeding in the DCS_updater That should help the uploads Monnie
  11. Dougal, Your yoke should be fine as well as your rudder pedals. I would suggest going into options-->controls--Axis commands for the module you wish to edit. Or while flying hit ESC--->Adjust controls--->Axis Commands for the module you are flying. In the axis commands, choose the axis, and click Axis Tune on the bottom, you might add a little curve and reduce the Saturation Y a bit until you find the sweet spot, then tune from there. While you are flying the module you wish to edit, RCTRL+ENTER should bring up the controls indicator overlay, so you can see the input(S) of your controls. If you need any more help, feel free to ask Remember, the P-38 Lightening had a yoke  Monnie
  12. Cro Mag 21, Your settings are very reasonable. As a test: 1) Keep all other same settings , set Terrain Object Shadows to "off" 2) Keep all other same settings , set Terrain Object Shadows to "flat" See if that is the culprit Monnie
  13. Oscar Juliet, On the NTTR Through The Inferno, have CBU-105's been restricted? Thank you, Monnie
  14. Hello Everyone, My lowly opinion. First off, I do use SRS occasionally. It's a masterpiece. BUT the OP was asking for Built-In which has some merits. 1 ) Not everyone that flies Multiplayer is an avid forum member 2 ) Not everyone that flies Multiplayer modifies their DCSW(which is advised against with Alpha Level Modules/Terrain by the man, Wags) 3 ) Not every Multiplayer server has SRS, but with Built-In, All would 4 ) A lot of times I hear "Oh, SRS, I will look into it" but they do not set it up as simple as it is 5 ) Having a Built-In where you just select your input/output/test setting in the "sound" portion of the main options would really increase the number of people using voice communication. 6 ) A solution that people can communicate while in the "Lobby/Spectator" to coordinate possible selection of slots to best suit their game play"Hey, we already have 5 five fighters, Interested in ground attack or Helicopter ?" 7 ) A solution that others can hear the ATC traffic when tuned into the channel of that airport to prevent runway accidents, same as for tankers,JTAC, AWACS, etc 8 ) Would increase teamwork. There are wing man/wing men/wing woman/wing women for a reason 9) Would increase the level of friendly community help to new pilots because the new pilots would already have a radio. I feel that would increase a new players willingness to learn more and become a better pilot( Addiction to us long time users) Who knows, maybe CiriBob can work with ED and come up with a Built-In solution. Thank you, Monnie
  15. Lazduc, Very happy with my MFG Crosswind rudder pedals. Great support too. http://mfg.simundza.com/products
  16. SLI Corruption With Deferred Shaders On pieroboy99, When running 2.1.0 Deferred Shaders On, with SLI Forced, are you using AFR2? When running 2.1.0 Deferred Shaders On, with SLI Forced, did you enable the SLI Indicator? When running 2.1.0 Deferred Shaders On, with SLI Forced, do you get corruption when using the A-10C TGP and/or Maverick MFD, Ka-50 Shkval?
  17. Hello, As the title says, where do I make a formal complaint about forum moderation? Thank you, MonnieRock
  18. Dooom, MGRS of the refinery?
  19. Big Newy, Is that because the (module name)_protect.exe(starforce) has to run for each module when you start the DCS application? Thank you, Monnie
  20. Thanks for looking. Maybe I have two copies on my e-shop account. I know I had two CD's but, was unsure if I added both to my account. Trying to find the CD's would be a nightmare Gee, showing how long we have been around when we are talking about CD's
  21. Hello, How many characters is the CD Key for the A-10C I have an entry on my e-shop account, unsure if it is one or two. When I got to module manager, it says " No Key" probably because it is a CD Key For example: xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx for one? Thank you, Monnie
  22. Thanks guys !!! Another question, Once activation's are used, say for example 3 or 4, you never get any added until you reach 0?
  23. Hello, When you purchase modules on Steam, use them on Steam, do you have a limited number of activation? For example, if you purchase a module from the E-Shop, you have a limited number of activation, that gets reset once you reach 0. This is the same on Steam? Thank you, Monnie
  24. Especially "now" implies this statement is a recent issue. 2.0 has been out since November of 2015. That is 1.5 years ago and steam still does not have it
