    Literally just came hear to post the exact same thing. At the beginning of the mission I opened the editor and clicked on the orange triangle of the bomb and clicked ok and hoped this would ensure the bomb fuse worked. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks again MAXsenna. I already had the Skatezilla GUI Updater/Launcher Utility installed, but didnt use it for much other than updating the game, and didnt know I could use it to revert to specific previous versions. Tonight I went back to v 2.8.6.41363 (pre the large Syria update) and now I have my butter smooth performance back so I can play again. Cheers.

    Same. Since the big update a few weeks ago the Syria map is unplayable for me now so I just avoid it, which is a shame as I had just bought and started playing the dominant furry campaign. My rig performance was great up until the update. Is it possible to uninstall updates (don't think so, but thought I would ask)? Hope it gets resolved soon as it's very frustrating.

    Sorry but i'm feeling abit overwhelmed with information and am unsure what I need to do? I have a G2 and uninstalled Steam ages ago to use the other thing that was better. For some reason I have to have motion reprojection on to make the game playable (auto isnt good enough). What do I need to do/install to get me flying again please? Thx in advance

    Question just to confirm: Prior to the patch I needed to set reprojection to always on to have a playable game. I now am unable to set reprojection to always on or else DCS will hang. Therfore I cant play DCS on OB beacuase for my system without reprojection it's a blurry headache inducing mess?

    Got it running but trying to fly is useless. Despite my PC not being awful, I always needed to force motion reprojection to on. Without it or on automatic, even with low settings on maps (especially Syria) the outside is blurry when looking around and would give me a headache. Tried 60HZ but it hurts my eyes. Now I can only force it to auto in order to get DCS to run, and performance is bad and game unplayable for me in VR. I've been waiting for a push to give Falcon BMS a go (now it supports VR) and I think this is it.

    Rightly or wrongly I have opened the OpenXR toolkit and selected the option "Disable the OpenXR toolkit" and DCS is no longer crashing. Was this the wrong thing to do though???? Spoke to soon. Actually got a bit further and began loading a mission, then crashed. FFS

    Cleanup and repair have made no difference. Still crashing. Why do so many patches feel like a step backwards?

    Yep, same here. Fine prior to patch. Now DCS crashes as it gets to the first menu screen. Will run a cleanup and repair and report back.

    Thx SOH. The lights in the room are LED spotlights. Currently sat with blinds down and the LED spotlights lighting the room. Must admit I have not centred the headset. I just turn the machine on, start DCS and put the headset on. I must be missing a step I guess?

    This has been annoying me for ages, and I dont know if it's something wrong with my setup or other people experience this also? I am flying in VR using my G2 headset, not necessarily pressing any button/input and all of a sudden my view will change from in cockpit to an external view or one of the other F key views. Happens more often when I am in a dog fight and moving my head around a lot. Real PITA as I then have to take my hands off the HOTAS and find the F1 key to put my view back in the cockpit. Dont think its a key binding as it can happen when i'm not touching anything. I wondered it it was an issue with the G2 cable, but it has occured with both the v1 and v2 cables. I have tried reseating the headset cable but it's made no difference. Real annoying and would appreciate any advice on how to remedy if possible. Thanks.

    Absolutely gutted. Not played DCS for a few months as I just started a new job and have been concentrating on that. Feeling like I have a bit more time on my hands now and fancied a flight in DCS, only to find that my Warthog throttle is not detected. Tried different USB ports, rebooted PC and even tried in another PC but to no avail. Anyone experienced this and had any success in fixing? I have seen the hardware Warthog bootloader suggested so may try that, but would like to know if anybody would recommend any other course of action. To potentially compliacte things I have the Delta sim slew mod installed. How does this affect anything I do? Would really appreciate any assistance so that I can get flying again. Many Thanks

    Thanks Burt. Easy enough as it turned out to disable speech recognition in WMR, so have gone for that option.

    Did do a google and tried that but it didnt do anything. I wondered if the fact i'm running voice attack has caused any issue? I dont even know what I did to turn it on? Very frustrating. I would just like to turn it off altogether.

    As per the title, how do i disable/turn-off the HP Reverb G2 Passthrough?? Too many flights now I have been 1 hour plus into a mission only to somehow inadvertantly have the passthrough come up in the middle of the screen. I cant turn it off or see through it so i'm left with no option but to abort the game and my progress in the mission. How can I prevent if from happenng please, or if it pass through mode does come on, how do I turn it off? For info I do not use the hand controllers at all and dont want too, so hope I can do it without. Many thanks

    Thanks. Tried without success. Colleague in work took my headset home. Headset works fine with his cable but not mine and vice versa, so have proved that the 6 month old v2 cable is faulty. Absolutely not caused by me, so it has just failed. Service call was escalted to highest level but they have refused to help in ayway so I have to purchase a new cable. Oh well, it's only money I suppose.

    Thanks both. Think someone in my work also has a G2, so will try and borrow their cable first.
