  1. I use this method on long straight taxiways. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  2. I had to apply a curve of 20 to the toe brakes as well to help me from ground looping, far easier to taxi now! Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  3. Twist the two knobs then hit "L" to turn on all lights. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  4. Are you running the open beta or stable version of dcs? It's only on OB for now. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  5. Yet again you demonstrate why being the first to put videos doesn't mean much, and waiting to get it right first time works with the extra detail people want to see! Please don't change from this model as you are my benchmark on pre release content! Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  6. I am running an overclocked 970 and it's perfectly playable. That said the rest of my system (I5 6600k @4.5ghz and 32gb RAM) probably helps. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  7. If youre using an axis for the tdc add a small deadzone to the axis. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  8. Could it be that the mission predates the weapons being added? May have to edit the mission with the load out then resave? I remember the same thing happening with SA being added, and missions with the AWACS already in it had to be resaved. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  9. If you have it loaded use the laser to range find the target and it will be very accurate (with the dumb bombs). I think it's to do with the slant range helping the ccip calculate impact point. There is another thread somewhere on here just can't find it right now. **Edit** found it. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=270589 Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  10. Not required for the sim maybe, but in real life those lines all mean not hitting an airline, or straying into danger areas etc, and are very much required. Just because people on here dont know how to read it does not mean its useless. And given how many people shout about accuracy on here with the modules, why not use (an admittedly out of date AIRAC wise map) a proper flying chart on the screen!
  11. Sounds like you're trying to lock a datalink track (red track) , rather than a brick that your own on board sensors (green track from your radar) are picking up. On the lower screen switch to SA mode. Use the cursor to highlight the target you want to lock and it will show its height (on the right I think). Use this information to slew the radar elevation on the right DDI so that the Radar is looking in the right place. My explanation isn't the best I know, but hopefully this will help. 12. Take a look at Redkite and his tutorials on YouTube. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  13. Have you checked your axis settings under controls? I can't count how many times mine have become messed up. Even sometimes unplugging and then not getting them in the same USB slot is enough for dcs to get confused. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  14. You could probably write a macro fairly easily for this, and then assign the Marco to a key on the HOTAS. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  15. Can't believe I didn't think of this! As for SRS and the OP question. It may be worth doing a repair on the SRS install. Could be that the scripts are not quite playing ball if you're using an older version. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  16. The two weeks thing is a running joke amongst the community when it comes to release dates. I am certain that comment was made in jest. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
  17. How are you trying to move it, mouse, TrackIR, keyboard, stick bind? First thing to check is the bindings in the game as it sounds like it has just dropped out for some reason.
  18. I found putting it in night mode worked (upper right toggle button) Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk
  19. For example the TGP has two lasers, the target laser and the mark laser. You have to switch in the DDI. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk
  20. I have had the same issue and it seems the "realistic TDC slew" option was set to default again in the special tab. It must have happened around the same time all my throttle binds got reset for some reason. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk
  21. Do you have an asymmetric load-out with the TGP on Pylon 4 at all? Increased drag on one side will cause it, the ADI page and slip indicator would confirm this.
  22. I think the OP means the game crashes, not the aircraft. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk
  23. On any DDI select the HSI page and on the right hand of the screen you will see in the middle the WP number and an up and down arrow. I think (not at my PC) from memory the WPDSG button is below, if that's boxed then which ever way point number is currently selected will be a designated target point. Unbox the WPDSG button and you should be able to re-elect CCIP. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk
  24. I may misunderstand how this is meant to work so please help. I just finished a mission in which my left engine got hit, taking out the left generator. I also had to shut down the left engine. I used the gen tie to tie the left and right bus together but the only outcome was the loss of the left DDI and the MPCD. However the left gen caption never went out. Was this as a result of further battle damage or just me having it wrong in how the systems function? Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk
  25. I have some on a different hard drive, I will try to dig them out. Also have some friends down there at the moment so will see if they can grab what you need. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk
