  1. Presumably that brake handle is analog though, so an axis should be available, or is it just on / off and the avionics brake the aircraft within limits? I know it's still beta, but it's pretty fundamental.
  2. Great job, you're a brave man taking on the cities, I could never get them to a point where I was happy with them due to the overlapping in many places, but they look great so far, nice job :)

  5. Whatever you need to do JazAero, I'm pretty sure a large chunk of the community is behind you. Make an FC3 representation even and I'll buy it and if you can upgrade that in the future to a fully featured professional flight model, even better. Just don't give up!
  6. Yes you can. The FARP uses the same Folder structure as my Villages mod, but the textures are seperate.

  8. I have also seen these holes in the clouds, but to be honest they didn't really bother me that much to look into them. Im also running Nvidia here, so maybe it is related to these cards / drivers.

  10. Sometimes the simple answer is the best though and the answer really is no.... To elaborate however, there are some mods to add countries, but these can cause issues ffrom simple log book issues to completely preventing you joining multiplayer servers unless you really know what you're doing... Having AI aircraft made flyable is something that comes up over and over and there are mods to do this, but DCS updates almost always break it and this will also cause you headaches with multiplayer as well. Further to that you're wanting to add additional aircraft that aren't readily available as flyable. Thus, unless you're an experienced modder with access to 3D modeling tools and willing to go through a lot of trial and error, and do it all over again every time ED release an update or patch, the answer as stated is no.
  11. Hey guys, let me start by saying that this script has kept the Huey alive, and we appreciate your hard work. I, like a couple of the guys above have noticed lately that troops are no longer dropped off when commanded to do so. There are no script errors presented and the message that 'xxx dropped off troops' appears as you would expect... It makes no difference if the group is loaded from a 'pickup zone' or if they are an extractable group. Cargo is spawning correctly however. If you have time, we'd sure appreciate any advice!

  13. I was doing a little modding to try and improve the frame rates of the MiG-21 in game until your next update. I love the model, but she sure chews through the FPS, even with my dual GTX780's! Anyhow, when I replaced the main EDM with that of the LOD1 version (which gave me an additional 15% FPS boost) I noticed that any weapons loaded on the outer wing pylons shown at the dead center of the aircraft (maybe in some super secret internal weapons bay project undertaken by Souteria!) LOD1, 2 and 3 are all currently the same model with the same issue at the current version, but at LOD4, all weapons are in the center and there is no model texture. Loving it still though!
  14. Try it again Grizzly, it's actually already on my Google Drive so that has more daily bandwidth available than the Dropbox version where I used to host it. I've just checked and there should be plenty of bandwidth available for it to be downloaded now.

  16. Thanks for the tip! I can hardly tell the difference between the models except for the 15% fps gain when looking at the model alone from the default F2 view on the ground at Kobeleti

  23. Thanks Kuky, I'm in... Ordered a second 780 to get ready for EDGE, etc and once that's plugged in I'll take the plunge. I spoke to JB Hi-Fi about their replacement policy on dead pixels and they promised to give me a written guarantee that if there are ANY dead pixels they'll replace it, no questions asked. It might be worth giving the place you got it from a call...

  25. I found that there are some incompatibilities with CTTs v1.04 and Mist 3.5 with regard to the loading of troops & logistics as well as the FM homing, but going back to Mist 3.3 fixed the issues for the loading at least, but I haven't checked the FM homing.
