  1. To actual learning - no, but I think he adds a lot of flavour
  2. This! Also, why would you want to adjust the loadout for the training mission? If you touch the fuel tanks, then you will basically break the mission because you will have way too much (or too little) fuel to finish it
  3. Use your A/G radar in sea mode, it helps a lot. Then ATFLIR to spot the targets and then just fly over them low enough and close enough. There will be moments in this campaign when you will feel being behind your jet a lot, but since the aim was to make it as realistic as possible, this is normal. And the more you play it, the better you will get.
  4. There have been problems with datalink since the release of the campaign. For the time being treat them as calls to "sweeten" the radio dialogue, but I know there are some updates to core datalink logic and then things may get better.
  5. Hey guys. Sorry I've been quiet, I am away from my gaming rig for almost two months, so there is only so much I'll be able to do to fix bugs / check things until September. Last time I flew M11 (a patch ago) it worked fine for me. The problem I am seeing more often, that there are bugs that some people experience but don't exist for other users, based on the strength of the machine they have (more bugs are apparent on older PCs), whether they fly the MT version or not, if they have 3rd party mods installed etc. Which makes the troubleshooting extremely difficult. In any case, I'll have to look into all the Raven One and Raven One Dominant Fury missions because of some cool upcoming DCS features which will heavily affect both campaigns, so I'll be busy with that in the next month or two, trying to fix any bugs along the way.
  6. It is fixed and pushed to ED but will start working after next OB patch, as campaigns only get updated there @guiduz
  7. OK that may be it. I’ll check it.
  8. OK, I did some changes, although everything looks OK in ME and I cannot reproduce any problems with the SA-6 after destroying two SA-3 sites. Also two people who tested this for me couldn't reproduce the problem... but at least I updated LINK-16 in the mission for the next patch.
  9. They all should be fixed now.
  10. M03 issues should now be fixed (AI attacking all targets, performing AAR and hopefully managing the fuel better).
  11. Hm.. maybe something with the helo not arriving as fast as it should, I'll try to have a look.
  12. @GumidekCZ that has been updated for the next OB patch.
  13. Hey guys. To be clear - the fixes for the campaign are on me. I should go though it and try to find a reason what stopped working and actually no excuses should interest you, but I'll tell you one that really keeps me from going back at the moment: since February 2022 I just can't make myself go back and fly missions as part of Soviet / Russian air force, as the war did touch me personally on several levels. I know it may sound as a lame excuse, but I've been pushing returning to MiG-19 (which is an awesome module) away (also because a lot of work on other things). In any case I promise to get back to it and try to fix it over the summer, where at least I won't have my normal work taking away 90% of my time. And apologies for this not being fixed yet. @Hardt0kidnap @StarLiner @sthompson
  14. Thanks @Indianajon for checking. @BossBearFace I also cannot reproduce this bug, but it happens consistently for some people. We are starting to see that this may be an internal DCS issue where depending on the size of the mission and specs of the player sometimes DCS detects stop / push flags we set up (on faster computers) and sometimes it doesn't (especially on slower ones). We're working with ED guys in trying to pinpoint this issue and fix it, but it may take time, as there seem to be a lot of variables there.
  15. Thanks @chase. Do you mean TCN for the boat or the wingman?
  16. Thanks (sigh). There seems to be a lot of issues with Supercarrier and how the AI behave after takeoff, which are difficult to reproduce on vanilla and thus to report to ED. I'll see if I can fix it somehow myself.
  17. I had no issues using it throughout the whole update of Enemy Within, and the system is the same there.. so as long as you remember to switch to AM (and not FM, as shown above) you should be good.
  18. OK, thanks - I will check this.
  19. I suspect some user error with the radios, happens a lot with the new ARC-210. In 99% of the cases something is wrong with the settings / frequencies. But if it happens again, try to save a track and let me know.
  20. A track would be a big help. Also check if it happens only in Raven One, or also in an vanilla mission (just set up a Carrier on the water in Caucasus with your aircraft on it and try). Let us know!
  21. Hey guys. Reported, there must have been an under-the-hood change in how the AI vessels behave as I had exactly the same problem in one of the Raven One missions. Planning to fix it (if I can!) for the next OB patch (should be next week).
  22. Aware of this one, had similar issue with another ship in Raven One. The AI vessels pathfinding has changed causing the trouble. I hope to troubleshoot that today for Wednesday's patch.
