Add, no. Textures are defined within the model itself, so if there are no specular maps being used, you have no way of adding them. You can only change already existing stuff.

Just FYI: Apple devices (and the rest of the industry) use panels from manufacturers like LG, Sharp, Samsung, JDI and AUO, so they will only work with what these companies have to offer. Apple is not making and never made any displays.

All the channels are affected because brightness/contrast has no channel-specific setting, that why I said use mixer, curves or levels when using adjustment layers. You just need to change the "RGB" setting to whatever channel you're adjusting and then it'll touch only that channel.

Window -> Channels. And don't use anything from the Image menu on top. Instead, use adjustment layers. Either channel mixer, or for simple brightness adjustment, curves or levels will do fine (just switch from RGB to appropriate channel). They basically do the same thing, just with different interface. That way you can always go back and easily change the settings.

You mean like this? It shows that the TVV reached its horizontal limit where it could be displayed and the actual flight path is the way the arrow points. You might see this in crosswind conditions or with rudder input.

The brain can tell the direction of the sound by: Different audio levels. Different timing. Frequency change caused by the shape of the outer ear. You can be stationary and still tell the direction. Levels can be exactly the same if the sound is coming directly from above/below/ahead/behind and you can still tell without moving, because your outer ear and your body is changing the frequency response. Simple stereo can't do anything about this and that's why more advanced audio processing is needed to take into account all of this.
