  1. This is an excellent site. I just broke my pinkie three way toggle on my WH left side throttle. And my TM WH Stick right index finger switch just failed. Geeze - yes, they are both about 10 years old. I'm still searching but there are sooooo many products to choose from. Would you happen to have a number reference in your files for this switch? Any of your excellent help much appreciated Sokil1. Cheers
  2. Correct - you would have to order the mount adapter from VKB to mount the TM stick.
  3. Including the F-18 add on with the VKB base.
  4. If just rebranding - it is a big disappointment indeed!
  5. 2705 received today and installed. High quality product and a good place to do business. Finally using this control after 10 years. Works superbly. Instructions very clear. Pleased.
  6. Can't tell until I receive it but posts in this thread show it is great. I'm looking forward to it so I can use the correct buttons for the F-18.
  7. OK, Mine has gone. Before, I had the drift left and checked my physical systems. All were dead centered on calibration software. I use an F-18 stick on a VKB Gunfighter II base. I then went into F2 view and saw that both rudders were slightly left when viewing from 6 o'clock. I removed my rudders and uninstalled all software links and used the keyboard commands. The drift was still there and still visual on the rudders. I removed the stick and unscrewed the dampers until the screws felt loose - then retightened until I could feel a slight resistance and then backed off one quarter turn. I have no dampening now. To my knowledge I never did. I don't know if dampening would show on the center settings or would show a slight offset. I then went into the F-18 commands setup and increased the deadzone of x and y axis from 5 to 8 and gave the rudders a 10 deadzone. Restarted and it flew straight and the rudder visual was gone. I don't know which did the trick but I can tell you it is now flying like it used to. I deleted my bug report.
  8. I think this is accurate and I've found that joining a squadron or flying multiplayer energizes me with new objectives and having to learn certain systems. In other words - a reason for flying. :)
  9. I was there once. :)
  10. Just notification that it is shipped and I'm tracking now.
  11. Please disregard. Applying a larger deadzone has eliminated the bank and appearance of rudders showing slight left position below. Still strange though that with all devices showing centered that translating into the sim a slight left bank was happening including with all devices disconnected and keyboard only connected. Deadzones are now 8 instead of 5. Thanks Latest Beta Update. Hornet banks slightly left and requires right trim to fly straight. Instant Acion: Free-flight and shows on ground in Ready on Ramp. VKB gunfighter II Saetek Rudder Pedals TM WH Throttle Observation: Going to outside view I saw both rudders pointing slightly left when directly at 6 o'clock view in both missions. All controls centered. All controllers recalibrated and checked for center values. All precisely accurate. Uninstalled and physically deleted Saitek Rudder pedals and removed all records in USB controller. Repeated test in outside view in both missions and the rudders still point slightly left. I used keyboard commands to test and rudders DO NOT return to center but still show slightly left. I submit this as a bug affecting the slight bank to the left. Regards, Catseye
  12. Moved See under Hornet Bugs Secion. Apologies
  13. I have just started to have this problem in the Hornet Free-flight Nevada. I've recalibrated, checked dampers, checked rudders, added more deadzone and it still starts in the air with a slight roll to the left that will only correct with trim.
  14. 2705 on its way. True to DS's word on delivery time. This will round-out my HOTAS setup. Pleased.
  15. Agreed. I have my TM F-18 stick mounted on my VKB Gunfighter base. Huge difference. Evaluating with an extension now to see how I like the difference.
  16. In case YOU hadn't noticed the title of this section is VKB-SIM Flight Gear! Condescension in kind! Of course I've checked the VKB site so what's your problem with folks asking here - you know, just in case somebody has a line on information - what?
  17. Just asked for an update - no mention of specific dates on release or asking to hurry and don't care about race with other products. Just a comment or two on how it is progressing - is all. After all, you guys did release pics and such which one would think would require some follow-up? Doesn't pay to read too much into a simple question. I can spend my money anywhere.
  18. Read the last line of the post you were replying to. He wants to use the keyboard as least as possible. ergo. No flaps control.
  19. Title says it all.
  20. No Flaps Control
  21. Just looking at the link, that switch just broke on my WH after years of use. I don't want to go through the process of ordering again from TM. But, now I'm thinking of buying the F-18 stick instead of going through replacing the button as the stick is old and I expect more buttons will break. Thanks for the link.
  22. Big ++ Detents IMHO, are an absolute must. I am interested in the throttle and how it is developing. I do not know the current status nor where intent is with the development of the throttle but, for my two cents, I would be unable to purchase if detents were not a part of the design. Cheers
  23. Same here. Says I am up to date.
  24. Is the flight headgear something being developed?
  25. A very fragged duck!
