Trim is hard to maintain. It will not stabilize and rolls easily past neutral setting.
Constantly having to right then left adjust - rinse and repeat.
Now this is very interesting!

I'm in the market for another adapter. I've trimmed to fit the existing WHF-16 adapter to fit my WH F-18 stick.
I would like to plan a bit ahead on purchasing a current WH F-16 stick new as my old WH A10 stick finally gave up after many, many years and intend on adapting it also for your excellent Gunfighter base.

For me, I'm convinced that artists live in a world devoid of accuracy and reality. That to me, is quite evident in the excessive effects in DCS.

The sound now, to me, is as close as it can get to the real bird fly-by on some recent Youtube vids. The whistle combined with the low growl is fabulous.

The first thing I saw - and suspected - is too much boost on takeoff.
Full fine pitch
Boost - do not exceed 8 lbs pressure
Nose Trim - neutral or slight trim down
Rudder trim full right

It would be great to see the odd railway car loaded with ammunition and blow if hit directly. A damage model issue possibly.
Also, would oil storage tanks not ignite with 20 mm + with API?

Is the button generating the CTL e three times?
I have a hunch that the CTL key is only being genrerated once and not held for the next eee's.
Have you compared it to actually selecting the keyboard CTL e?
Notwithstanding the long download and install, all went smooth and did the usual update procedures resulting in a good startup and testing in all theatres.
Now for the detailed flight and mission evaluations.
