  1. I was thinking the same thing.
  2. C'mon Goa. English is not his primary language so take it easy in this international forum.
  3. Two weeks ago in a PM told me they are working hard on it. That's all.
  4. Wingwing F16 Throttle Grip Last week I messaged Winwing regarding development of an F16 throttle grip. Their reply was yes, working fast to make. No dates just that they are working quickly in its development as an addon to their throttle system. I'm looking forward to this.
  5. Surely as I recall physics, the speed of sound is dependent on both and air density is affected by temperature? Higher temps - lower density and vica versa. So the base for calcs would be density?
  6. Not many here car about your issues. What we do care about is honest bug reporting in the appropriate thread. Do you read any of the previous posts in this forum to get an idea of where this module is? Please, do us all and yourself a favour - don't post to complain or you will be ignored when it comes time for real issues.
  7. Pitch Lever linked to Throttle Hello, I would like to know how the Pitch Lever link to the Throttle lever was used in real life. Thanks, Cats . . . .
  8. I set mine to match my WH F-18 stick and also my WH Throttle. They are lined up pretty good at IPD 25.
  9. From the Nvidia site: SD / GRD All NVIDIA drivers provide full features and application support for top games and creative applications. If you are a gamer who prioritizes day of launch support for the latest games, patches, and DLCs, choose Game Ready Drivers. If you are a content creator who prioritizes stability and quality for creative workflows including video editing, animation, photography, graphic design, and livestreaming, choose Studio Drivers. I'm going to try the studio driver version today.

  11. I picked up a rumor that Winwing are making an F-16 grip to fit on the existing throttle? Would be interesting.
  12. Direction and windspeed?
  13. Confirmed that this is NOT a bug. Altitude indicator works correctly when QFE is set appropriately. Thanks again Tinkickef
  14. On the channel map in the P-47 The airspeed indicator drops to zero and stays there when on approach to landing.
  15. Hi, The title says it all: When flying in the new Channel Map in the Spitfire: The fuel guage, up/down gear indicator lights, Radio comms menu also . . . . water temperature guage is not working. Thanks, Cats . . .
  16. For me, I've turned it off. I hear it clearly, but - it kicks-in when I'm still in full Mil. ie., 100 percent throttle. I've had to check in F2 to see if I am in AB but I'm not. My throttle is calibrated accurately (wh throttle) so then at the AB detent it is at 100 percent. I need to push it through the detent for AB. However, the AB sound kicks in just before I get to the detent. I think that it needs work in this regard.
  17. +1 in spades Yesterday, I flew my Spit into Hawkinge and on touchdown said: "We're home!" . I've waited so long for an updated Channel map with airfields that I know from a previous sim. I was sold immediately when I saw what ED have done. I would like to see more airfields upcoming like Kenley and Biggin Hill and add in Ramsgate grass and Canterbury grass. Sheerness had a great airfield. I feel right at home here on the channel map. So far, Kudos to the map team and I suspect that future plans are in place. Cats . . .
  18. I was noting the "wagon-wheel" effect which is a difference in rotation vs frame reference. The human eye does not have a frame reference. Film shutter speed and digital scanning do. Speeding up and slowing down yes - I was less than clear - but not the wagon-wheel reversal.
  19. Hi Phil, Thanks for the feedback. I only saw it cold and grey/brown at Dover and cleaner but still grey/dark green off the Netherlands. Halfway between England and France off Southampton also the grey/dark green colour. But, on reflection, south of Landsend and coming into Southhampton in 1953 it was certainly a gorgeous sea-green colour on a beautiful sunny day. (Lots of ships with just funnels and masts sticking out of the water getting to Southampton.) However, I think that the turquoise colour and clarity of the water is a little bit overdone. I recall how deep one can see when in the sub tropics mainly due to the azimuth of the sun. In the Northern Hemisphere, we are unfortunately not as blessed with the same light penetration due to the lower azimuth of the sun even in clear water. Cheers, Cats . . . .
  20. Yes, please read the next paragraph in my post. Cheers
  21. Did the P-47 have this capability?
