  1. He said - "in a dive".
  2. Yes, I stand corrected. :)
  3. I'm thinking that if you eject the complete load at the same time, the negative G's will put you into orbit. :)
  4. Auto-pilot standby can be mapped.
  5. You may have retrimmed the aircraft in flight and the setup is probably not suitable for a landing configuration - but easy to resolve. Reset the trim before landing - key mapped to my joystick and I reset it when I see the decole alert. Cheers

Not to folks in the U.S. or N.A. in general it isn't. Check the news outside of Spain and see the social upheaval regarding this issue. This is not a joking issue - and I'm pretty sure that the largest percentage of members here just got insulted.

    Very poor taste indeed.
  8. Hi SiTh: Not sure how this works but how does a backer acquire the map? Place an order when it is released and the record will show up for example? Thanks,
  9. +1 Pretty much feel the same re: Mirage 2000c.
  10. A mix of sea, land providing a wide range of targets, full use of all available armaments and different landing opportunities dictates that it has to be the Caucuses. Carrier Ops!! Enemy Ships!!
  11. It is on my system. I just created the folder sequence and made it JSGME compatible.
  12. Here's my WH Script setting up the boatswitch per default parameters for the M2000C (with one change for AG guns). Enusure you have a key mapped for IO functions. //BOATSWITCH// MapKey(&Throttle, BSF, PULSE+L_CTL+'1'); //Magic MapKeyIO(&Throttle, BSM, PULSE+L_CTL+'0', PULSE+'c'); //AG Guns - AA Guns/NAV MapKey(&Throttle, BSB, PULSE+L_CTL+'2'); //Super 550/PCA Select/
  13. What a shame! Third parties come through and ED still wagging the tail in many areas if this is accurate. Resource issues at ED?
  14. You apparently don't have family issues to deal with yet or . . . . are an extremely insensitive nerd.
  15. Regarding the .303 Spitfire ammunition: Using Anthony Williams for reference he also states that the .303 AP was not effective as the round after penetrating the skin could not damage internal structures. Therefore the use of AP was refused by fighter command. (It needed .50 cal and up where you will see the AP/incendiary on the P51) The Spit .303 correct loadouts were a mix of ball and DeWilde. The DeWilde was particularly effective and note: it was a contact incendiary - not a burning incendiary when leaving the barrel. Thus the many sparkling flashes on contact. Hispanos another story and very effective indeed. And . . . yes, pilots could change their convergence settings which is definitely supported by Johnnie Johnson. I don't think the devs should need us to convince them otherwise. They should have this information already if they were doing due diligence to the time and model of the Spitfire and other WWII aircraft. Cheers, Cats (Team member retired, weapons/damage model Team Fusion)
  16. Exactly, over 70 married 47 years. Beagles, my favourite 4 footer. :)
  17. Reported and fixed for the next update per CaptSmiley.
  18. Bring on the Hurricane and love the smell of burning BF-110's in the morning. :)
  19. Yes, very frustrating flying Red Flag missions and not able to achieve objectives by virtue of armaments.
  20. Same issues in 2.xx. Very annoying when you set up a rain storm with high winds and you are instructed to take off always at the same end of the runway WITH the prevailing wind at your tail. I researched for Nevada and the wind invariably comes from the South West but takeoff and landing is always in the opposite direction - the North East. Also, it is not in alignment with the approach information provided in DCS airfield diagrams.
  21. I prefer the spacing in the original HUD. Seems some of the numbers are jammed too close and x-space (font spacing) is too close making it hard to read. (Alpha indicator needs letter spacing) I'm not sure which is more correct, but I prefer the larger original HUD size as the mod one is more difficult to read for folks who don't have "young" eyes. Cheers
  22. I have no problems in any missions regarding pulling left in the M2K since the final fix by Capt. Smiley and . . . I am sensitive to changes in that regard. Works fine. So, my question is: What other conditions are in place that create the pull left for you? As it is in takeoff, that precludes any loadout imbalance. It is obvious that you are experiencing the pull left and if it is not in the coding, what is causing it? (Wheel brake left partially applied or adjusted incorrectly . . . . other possibilities?) Cheers - hope you find it.
