AMD jumping from 512 bits to 4096 looks to me like the old Athlon+ CPU rating strategy. Curently is very clear that raw power of AMD graph boards are superior to nvidia, but they simple cannot excel in software optimization on given standards (directx, opengl) I wish them all the best with the new approach and I really hope to be better than Nvidia boards.

waiting for a stability period will be a wise choice. The upgrade however will be a must later on.

For these kind of download limits I would suggest find a friend somewhere in the nearest townhall and do some "offline" transport of downloaded data. 10 Gb nowdays are only for normal internet browsing / youtubing... stuff like that. Last terrain package from X-Plane weights 100 Gb :D

I would address the question more simply: will be DCS 2.0 happening this month? No need for further estimations ... just that!

My MFG reached me after 6 month. They are simply amazing, cannot be compared with anything... well maybe with Slaw as they seems to be on par. But other than this nothing on the market can compare the precision, materials quality and not last the way it allows user to fine tune the ergonomy (this feature is a bit overseen by users but I think is extremely important)

Coming here to share my experience with the newly acquired MFG. It looks never easier for me to keep a heli in hover, to take-off and land Dora and Kurfurst. Also aiming is much more better then before. Sturdy built, almost any joint is configurable to fit any kind of preference... simply astonishing. It is quite expensive, but with a very good reason. It worth every cent you will pay for!

Your problem sounds very odd. Are your controllers preserving their IDs? ID can be found in the name of configuration files from the /Saved Game/DCS... I, for example, did not experienced these kind of issues.

Vr for sure will not be for everyone and I am extremly happy with that. Regarding my motion sicknes, I don't know what to say , but had no problems while flying light acrobacy as pasanger in real life. This device however produced me discomfort even when i just put them on my head.k
