I always thought that realistically a pilot would be able to pre-set which pages are displayed by default in different modes but I asked this in a past thread and was told the F18 can't do this.

I'm all for a subscription based model but can someone explain to me how this would incentivize a developer to fix bugs, complete modules, and add new functionality to the game?

I think so too. These are complex systems and in a sim like DCS they can't fudge things for the sake of gameplay like other dev's can with a regular game. I'm just hoping that the commonality between the F-18 and F-16 will help speed things along now.

Honestly I think there's a solid number of modules in game at this point and the focus needs to shift to completing the current modules and base game systems before moving on to whatever is next.

Is this specific to the F18? I don't have this problem in the A10.

That's the only reason I buy into early access. I grab it for the discount, I fly it a couple times in the incomplete state, then I usually dont touch it again until it's fleshed out and complete. Although, I occasionally take it up for a few flights whenever there's a new feature or update.

One thing I'm a little confused with. If landing deck is -9 degrees from BRC, should I be setting the TACAN Course Line to match the BRC or the landing deck? Edit: Disregard, just realized the question has already been answered by Gierasimov. Set it to BRC. Thanks!

I don't want to be that guy but I couldn't AAR until I got VR and a TM Warthog. That beig said, I know plenty of people that do just fine on a 2D screen and TrackIR. It really comes down to the individual, and hours of practice, even with VR and a high end Hotas.

Hi guys, Is there any way to have pre-set MFD pages for different modes? For example, switching to AA Mode switches the MFDs to certain pages automatically. Then switching to AG will have a different set of pages. Switching AA or AG off and back into NAV mode will have another set of pages. Thanks!

You would be surprised how much civ traffic there is in real combat zones. We may be at war playing pew pew but people still need to go about with their lives.

Extremely excited for this along with a dynamic campaign. I'm just afraid they're still very very far away from being ready, like years away probably.

Has it been confirmed which regions will be included in the Syria Map? I keep seeing mentions of airfields in Israel and Lebanon. Have we gotten any official word on this from ED?

Thanks for the update Apache. Hopefully it can be done since I'm really looking forward to flying this campaign but I only own the F-86.

Has there been any official word from any Devs as to why this is the case for this Campaign? I don't see any technical reason as to why both aircraft need to be purchased in order to play the campaign.

Thanks for posting this...I missed the stream. More excited than ever for 2.0 and/or the NTTR. Looks unbelievable and it's nice to see some of the features being implemented. Can't wait to get my hands on this!!
