So my Trackir 5 stopped tracking. The left green light doesn't come on and no movement of the head clip can be detected. If i launch DCS the right green light comes on. If i pause the device through the software both lights go on (orange), if i unpause the lights go out . In device manager the systems appears normally. How can i determine, if the problem is caused from the base unit (that sits on the monitor) or from the (third party wired head clip that i have on my headset and i'm using for a long time now? Thx!

Guys, for 2D - 4k gaming, is there a noticeable difference in DCS between a 5600X, 5800x3d, 7800x3d or 13700K or that resolution is heavily gpu dependent?

I agree (+100000) though i think that it would require to develop the older scope (at least for the pre C-200 version) and modify accordingly the radar. Only Aerges know if that would be a no go - build from scratch - effort or basically a more ''removing'' some functionality from the existing code ( like TEL, BZ radar modes, MTI filter, include rapid gun instead of SW / gun selection etc) and add some secondary only things work (+ the respective 3D part), that would be way more easy to be developed. And i could also add in the wishlist the CG variant that has some interesting features (like 4 SW, ALR-66 rwr, altitude alert system).

What performance table is that? But i'm not sure if you can share it here, would be wise perhaps to ask ED in advance

Well, they didn't said that other versions are planned but that they will consider making them if they get the required information about them . Personally i will buy 10 copies if they will make the CG variant. (or at least an early french C (pre -200) version with the old scope that would fit for various other versions like the CZ, CJ, CG etc.). And tbh Aerges is providing a lot of versions already for the price of the module.

Yep, nothing more to add. Even from direct 6' o'clock and the defending ac flying straight and level witch full AB the following ac couldn't get a tone

Is there a mod available without any hud / switches bigger fonts? Just the labels in english.

Nothing beats 1v1 PvP. It's the foundation for every pilots training. SACT first then DACT. Find a training partner and fly extensive 1v1's . Over and over again. Skip AI. Guns only, ir''s and then 530 if you wish. Exploit the whole speed and alt encelope.

I have a 4790K + 32 gb ram + 3060ti running at 4K. CPU is running at 40 - 60% with some spikes up to around 70%, gpu is running always at 99%. With MT i saw definitely some fps improvement. But i don't know how useful all these kind of (very generic) informations are for you since i'm playing 2D only (i don't have VR).
