  1. Use my betty mod - I've fixed the sound alerts https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3216792/
  2. I've been using it for a couple months with no such issues.
  3. Coming on 6 months and still this hasn't been addressed or even acknowledged. Very disappointing.
  4. The Mirage one I had before they updated the EDM. The Harrier one is located in Mods\aircraft\AV8BNA\Textures\AV8BNA-CPT Shame about the Harrier menu setup, hopefully RAZBAM will remedy it.
  5. I believe these are the droids you're looking for. description.lua M-2000C-CPT.lua
  6. Replace your AIM9.ogg file in Mods\aircraft\AV8BNA\Sounds\Effects with this one I've attached. AIM9.zip
  7. Yep. I was making a mission with Joey's Hermes the other week and I spent over an hour trying to fix the issue. I gave up. I believe the issue lies with the Harrier and not the Hermes or Tarawa.
  8. This doesn't fix the issue. The only way to stop the calls is to take off.
  9. I'm seeing it clear as day. Maybe it's the result of one of your graphical settings?

    That's another issue altogether. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=197030
  11. That's because the speed in the top left is IAS, indicated air speed. This is the relative airspeed of the aircraft. The "S" speed is your ground speed. So if you're stopped in a 5 knot headwind your IAS will be 5, while your ground speed will be 0.
  12. There's a reference to it here in this post - https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=196582 - but Zeus hasn't updated the post in a while. Whether he's still up to date on it or not I don't know.
  13. Really? I've been landing on it with no problems for about a week. Ever since I've discovered you can re-arm and refuel from it I can't stop myself!
  14. Yep, it's bugged. It should function same as the A-10C's CCRP line.
  15. Yep, I have. I've tried it with the Mirage which suffers from the same problem. It only plays the first fraction of a second of the sound. I don't know why and I can't fix it. RAZBAM needs to make an ALR67_param.lua which clearly sets out the acquisition / lock / guidance tones for each individual threat. The same as ALR69_param.lua is for the A-10C.
  16. It's Ralt + J on keyboard.
  17. This is the file that causes the lines - /Bazar/Effects/PostEffects/Noise (DDS and TGA)

  19. I've uploaded all the Google Earth SAM overlays for your guys below. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JSfhKb9KmulHAqCOU_8iBW5G3Zagj0ZT?usp=sharing Enjoy!

  21. Stop being Sinistrophobic. I'm literally shaking right now.
  22. Nice to see so many fulfilling their virtue signalling requirements for the day. This thread is just another one to add to the long list created by the same dude in order to bait people into identity politics. It's sad that so many people have taken the bait... That being said let me address why this is a BS discussion from the get go. Women make up 5.9% of the pilots of the USAF. Now you might say this figure constitutes some sort of representation. Okay let's take that and work with it. Should that be your argument I want to see the following representation addressed; Roughly 15% of the USAF is black - why is there not more black pilots? Is DCS racist? There is a substantial minority of Afro-Russians in the Russian Army - why is there not more of them in DCS? Is DCS again racist? About 10-15% of the USAF is left handed - why is there not more left handed pilots? Is DCS biased? Roughly 5% of the USAF are homosexuals - why are there no homosexuals in DCS? Is DCS homophobic? A minority of USAF pilots wear glasses - why are they not more pilots with glasses in DCS? Is DCS biased against this too? About 0.056% of USAF pilots have mental health conditions - Why are these not represented in DCS? Is DCS part of the stigma towards mental health? The answer to all of these is no. DCS is designed to represent weapons of war, not the demographics of society. If you're looking for a game that prioritizes your identity politics over everything else then go play something else.
  23. Guys, CptSmiley has already addressed the issue -
  24. Absolutely remove if the real aircraft counterpart doesn't have the capability. If it's kept for balance reasons we'll have begun a journey towards the death of what DCS prides itself on - accuracy.
