All updates are automatic, I think DCS checks once a day if there are any. The updates are usually released on Friday. There's also a possibility to do a manual update. See here. Welcome to DCS World! :)

You can use the usual comms menu, until it's properly implemented. It seems that the radios are still WIP :)

Does it climb only initially before it stabilizes, or all the time? At what speeds? I've never noticed such behavior.

Are you entering controls setup from the main menu? I remember there was a similar problem with the M2000C, and the workaround was to setup the controls from the cockpit. That's how I set up my controls for Viggen, never had black screen.

Same here, not always though. I don't think there's anything you can do, but wait for the devs to fix it. :D

You don't need trigger steps, Leatherneck provided two sets of T0-T1-Tv controls, for those who have 3 position trigger and for those of us who don't. :)

I'm using Avira free for 10+ years, never had virus issues.

BK 90 launched by AI don't fly over the target and dispense, they hit the target instead, as if they are normal missiles.

Targets destroyed with BK 90 don't count for score, and are not registered as destroyed by the player.

If you're not using 3 position switch, there's no need to press T0 after doing a fix.

I think the best solution would be to obtain the QFE from the F10 map, by hovering over a spot,just like the coordinates and altitude. But this should probably be asked in DCS whishlist.

Radar types (search/tracking) added for ground units and ships.

Sometimes if I don't feel like copying and pasting all the quote codes, I just cut and paste the quote tag from the end of the original post to the end of the first section, and put all the other sections in quote tags. Maybe it's not what you want, with the name of the original poster on each section, but I think it's clear enough whom you are quoting. Like this: ... ... ...

Not only that, but the red lights are there for a reason - to preserve the night vision.

You're right, if the pressure over the target is different than over the starting point (dynamic weather), it will not work. I was wrong earlier. :music_whistling:

There is a torch, or flashlight :D. LAlt + L, IIRC.

They can be retracted in DCS.

The pressure doesn't matter, you're changing the altitude, and the difference in altitude is always the same, regardless of pressure :D. You just have to be in level flight when adjusting the altitude.
