In the "Mission Editor" go to "Loadout Editor" an there selct the AIM-120B or AIM-120C. I think it only works with the F/A-18C, but I'm not sure about that.

In my opinion it very much depends on the different online-shops. After waiting and searching for months in the European shop of VKB, I got sick and tired of it and addressed a mail directly to the American site. I'm using the Shapeways afterburner detent with axis-tuning like in post #28 (https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=218360&page=3). Feels good and has full throttle range.

I cannot agree with you, saying the F-117 is a spy plane. It was made for high precision target bombing with 2 GBUs. Never heard of it having any espionage stuff like high resolution cameras. It's got 2 GBUs and a targeting-laser. Not exactly what you need for espionage.

I've got your force sensor built into my throttle and it is absolutely perfect. The missing push button is no problem. I just mapped it to another switch.

By then our beards will have grown to our feet and we will probably be old and blind. :music_whistling:

We should at least have a new AI model. The current looks just bad. :cry:

Just a question: Do we currently have the possibility in DCS to rescue an ejected pilot on land?

In this case, an ejection seat in front of the monitor is highly recommended in order to escape from the wife's blastwave. :D

As soon as the pilot falls into the sea, the mission is over. So I don't understand why you should put development resources into a detail that interests (almost) nobody.

A forum member (archimaede) ist working on a mod (https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=167159), but currently it's on hold because of the A-4E mod. Post #73 shows the textured model, which looks really good.

With the latest update the problems in the Persian Golf map are solved for me. :)

Copying the autoexec.cfg to the folder solved my problem with Persian Golf map. Nevada is not installed in my open beta, so I can't say anything about it. dcs.log.txt

Just updated to ver. 2.5.3.21107 and any mission in Persian Golf still crashes to the desktop. Same thing in the mission editor. Tried a repair over the command line. Still the same problem. No problem on the stable version. Also no problem witch Caucasus on both versions - stable and open beta. dcs.log.txt

I opened a thread about an A-10A with clickable cockpit two years ago: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=178575. I don't think the chances are high to get a clickable cockpit in the next few years... :(

Had the same problem here. After updating with the command-prompt, the DCS-updater was updated (to the same version as before :doh:) and afterwards I could install the Yak-52 module without problems.

The question is, what if the picture is not from the same F/A-18 version as the one modelled in DCS? :smartass:

Don't know if it's always like that, but I had to reactivate my modules after replacing my 970 with a 1070ti. :(
